Hey! Going for bulk....i've spent the last 6 months getting down from 16 stone 7 and i'm now 14 stone 7 so i've lost 2 stone, was great. Weight = 14,7 BF% = 21.2 Waist = 36" Biceps = R14.5" L14.5 Thighs = R24" L23" Chest = 42" Good luck everyone!

Started new WO today Bench 4x 70kg (5) 75 (5) 75 (5) 75 (5) Deadlift 3x 80kg (5) 100 (5) 120 (5) Wide Grip Pulls 2x 15kg (6) Close Grip Bench 3x 70kg (5) BB Bicep Curls 3x 30kg (5) That was a new PB on bench and equal to my deadlift....it's heavy and it's hard, but it'll be worth it.

Friday - Hypertrophy Day 2 - 90 seconds rest Squat 1x 60kg (20) a killer, my back hurts today! Hamstring Curls 2x 50kg (10) 60 (10) Leg Extension 2x 70kg (10) 60 (10) BB Calf Raise 1x 80kg (20) Arnold Presses 2x 14kg (8) DB Lat Raise 2x 6kg (6) Cable Overhead Pull 2x 17.5kg (8) 22.5 (8) Dips 3x6 A nice workout, going slowly and concentrating on form can be really good! Looking forward to Monday strength again now.

Monday - Strength Day 1 Bench 4x 70kg (5) 70 (5) 75 (5) 60 (6) Deadlift 3x 80kg (5) 100 (5) 120 (5) Wide Grip Pulls 3x 10kg (6) 15 (6) 15 (6) Cable Close Grip Pull 2x 20kg (6) 25 (6) BB Close Grip Bench 1x 40kg (8) Standing Concentration Curls 2x 14kg (8) Nice workout...bench is ok, might keep it around 70-75 and nail form. Deads are a tad annoying, not sure they are being done 100% right. The rest is all fine. Had to do cable close grip for 2 sets today as 2 guys were hogging the bench for close grip press. Can see some small improvement with a visual check.
