I am going through a custody battle and am woried about them finding steroids in my system. The last thing i took was sus and that was around november 15 are 20th. And wont have to apear before family court for atleast a month. My understanding is they cant get it from a hair folicle test could be wrong but thats what ive read. How do they test and how long would something like sustanon show positive results. And i also want to know how long would short esters like prop and tren ace show positive.

It would seem to me if they are getting blood are urine something like prop would be gone after a week are so. I could be totaly wrong im asking thats just my thoughts.

The method normally used to determine performance enhancing drug use would be gas chromatography in conjunction with mass-spectrometry (GC-MS), through testing urine.

Hair testing indicates they are probably looking for rec drug use.

Wouldn't it be cheaper to do a UDS?
A piss test with instant results to 6 types of Rec drugs.... dunno what a hair would be for? Sounds like DNA or crime investigating... sounds logical for a custody case - to see if he is the true father?

Hair shows up results for the entirety untill it grows out and is cut. But this is a very expensive process, thus is why urine is far more common . Hair I believe to be more for police investigations etc.
Sustanon will show up for around 3 months.
Shorter estered prop will show up for around 3 weeks.
I personally would try and give as much time as possible before being tested. I'm led to believe that the lower the B/F a person has, the better the chance of a positive result.
This might not be the case, it's just what I have studied on the net. Due my situation being the same as yours.

I wouldn't put my son or daughters life on it. Apparently it works for recreational drugs,(that's a big apparently) but I don't think it does for aas.
If I was you, and in a way I am as my situation is the same, I would wait untill the drugs have left your system, go and get a personal test to ensure you are clean, and then go for it.
You are more lucky than me, I finished a test and deca coarse 9 weeks ago, and deca leaves a trace for 18 months. bummer.

Im sure thats what a hair is for... they will only be checking that DNA matches with the child. They wont be checking for drugs. If it was a UDS (Urine Drug Screening), then Id say its time to panic. Lets face it, what has testing you for drugs got to do with a custody battle?

I didnt think they could pick up steroids. Even if they did couldnt you say you was under going TRT The last three or four reps is what makes the muscle grow. This area of pain divides the champion from someone else who is not a champion.

those drinks to make your UA go clean would be far too risky on something this big. and depending on your testing facility, may throw out the results if your creatinine levels are irregular... however with others, it will be an auto-fail. you won't get tested for gear... unless... and HERE is the BIG unless... (1) your wife knows about your AAS use (2) it IS illegal where you are (3) you are going through a very nasty divorce.

1,3 are rough, but workable
2,3 not the best time to dirty a UA... but not the worst way
1,2,3 this is that "worst" way I spoke of ^^^^

leg press 593kgs 3-4

My wife knows about my aas use it's a very ! Nasty divorce and we are fighting over custody. I'm not going to cycle tilll it's over with. She got hooked on coke and left me then was arrested out of a hotel with a drug dealer. They charged her with pos of marj and attempt to distribute coke in the proximity of schoal. I know I prob got the cat in the bag but just want to make damn shure. My daughter is def mine she looks just lIke me the hair testing is for rec drugs wich I don't have to worry about not DNA. And I in the USA aas are very illegal.

Recreational Drugs.... Coc, Amp, Opi, Meth, Bzo, THC.... thats what they'll be checking. Are you 100% thats what the hair is for? What if your wife is trying to sabatage the process and said your not the biological father? Confidentuality wont let you know everything she has said. A Urine Drug Kit costs pennies to the Government budget, and takes only a minute to get full results. A hair... well thats expensive and I cant see the state requesting a strand of your hair based on narcotics.... this doesnt make it so, but its logical...

Im not even a 100% sure that im getting any kind of test. My lawer just said for me to stay straight and be ready for a hair folicle test. I havent used rec drugs in years so not woried at all. But I know my wife and she is def going to try to ride the aas thing as hard as she can because that s all she has. I was just wondering if they do test me for them how will they. And i guess it will be urine are blood. Iwill be atleast three months out of my last inj before i appear for court. So i think i will b fine.

You'll be fine mate. Just co-operate and do what they say, because remember - your the responsible one with nothing to hide. That goes in your favour/defence.
Im sorry to hear your going through such a process. Remember to tell work your under stress. Tell Lawyer too. He'll try and get you some compo aswell for the stress caused by her...
