Hello! I've used ECA loads of times in the past, was just wondering if there is a 'better' version? I have heard of ECY instead, is this worth the extra money? Would swapping the caffiene for glucuronolactone have the same synergistic result but without the vasoconstriction of the caff? Cheers

Um, started my first ever cycle of eph today. I have got little white pills from a very reliable source and some 200mg caffeine from a supplement provider. I have taken 1 eph pill and 1 caffeine pill twice today and have not felt any different? I'm assured that the eph is 30mg? from reading here I'm not feeling any of the effects. Could it be that the eph is not 30mg? should I try taking more in one go and see what happens? Cheers Lee

Yeah, think that answers it then! I'll pop 3 in the morning and see what happens! I'm getting a 1000 on Monday so hopefully they will be stronger. Thought it was strange when our lass said she didn't feel anything during the 5 weeks she was taking them, but never thought anything of it! Cheers for the help Lee

OK, I took 4 today and got my GF to do the same! I feel pretty normal, but my GF feels like $hit. She has had the shakes and increased heart rate etc. My appetite is defo down and haven't felt hungry all day. I have a dull headache and my workout felt a lot easier. The funny thing is that my ears felt like they needed to pop after I had taken them. My hands were a little shakey at first but nothing major. Does this mean I have a stronger tolerance and need to take more? I have taken this dosage twice today and not noticed any adverse affects. Lee

Possibly, though tbh its clear that no-one actually knows what's in these ephs (least of all the supplier it seems!) so I wouldn't have gobbled 4 at once without building up gradually.

Just been reading back through this thread but not sure if this is covered already. I've always just taken one aspirin alongside the eph and caffeine. Going to start using ECA again so reading through the thread again I noticed that the aspirin I have is 300mg per tablet whereas the recommended amount is 75mg. I've picked up a product today called Cardio EC tablets which is basically 75mg aspirin - I take it this is a good option?

When I get the 300mg tabs, I cut them into 4. Therefore 75mg each bit. I then chew one of the 4 pieces as they are lemon flavoured and afterwards neck the E an C. Make sense now?

Hey, all.. newbie here!! I've never had a problem putting on muscle, gladly.. but i do have difficulty loosing fat.. sadly!! I got some Hydroxycut suppliment from my gym shop.. is it worth taking? I am loosing weight gradually, though im working out non-stop cardio and circuit training and don't know if that's why the weight is coming off and not the Hydroxycut. It is really good at suppressing my apetite though.. i could easily go the whole day not needing to eat a thing, and for once a protein shake is actually filling me up!! Do you recommend sticking with it.. or changing over for ECA stack instead. My friend is advising me to take Clen/T3 stack... and even suggested winstrol too, but i want to cut without roids. But after reding all the posts on T3/clen being a bit risky, is it worth it? Any advice much appreciated.. stick with Hydroxycut Hardcore or change??!!

Clen makes me sweat loads at night and feel a little shaky at times even at relatively low doses. I started back on ECA today and came off the treadmill looking like id been pushed into a lake!! Some products exist which incorporate the 3 ingredients at the recommended ratios which takes the hassle out of popping numerous pills. Partyboy - The product I got also contains Nuaringin as a 4th ingredient, do you know anything about it? Im tempted just go go on Eph alone when they run out because the main selling point for me is the increase in athletic endurance.

Hey partyboy.. Im 20yrs 5ft 10, 16.5 stone, approx 16% bodyfat, 17in arms & neck, 46 chest, 27 legs Training 3 times a week for 2 years, was in good shape, then went to university!! Put on too much weight from drinking for a year! Now back into training min 3 times a week. Eating very healthily, keeping drinking booze down to once a week max.. atthe moment, on hydroxycut hardcore, no appetite whatsoever.. so finding it very easy to keep my calorie intake minimal. Past performance drugs: none really.. simply supplemented with creatine and protein when building up. Am currently taking low carb EAS whey protein, and Reflex Micellar Casein protein before bed on training days. Not currently on creatine, as i want to cut down a bit before really stacking on muscle again. I find loosing fat much harder thaqn putting on muscle.. Plus enjoy resistance weights workouts much more than cardio!! But i am doing a lot of skipping and bag work in boxing training for my cardio as well as cyycling. Thats me explained! Any suggestions on cutting? Much appreciated. Ian

I was wondering what the maximum dosage anyone would take of ephedrine ? my tabs are 50mg each and its recommended 20-30mg in this thread. Ive read somewhere else that typical doses are 25-100mg daily can you really go to up 100mg ?

The ones I have are supposed to be 30mg, but I find I feel no effects at all. I'm currently popping 5 at a time twice a day. Not felt any different :( Could it be that they are working as they should but I just have no sides? or should I increase till I feel sides? Cheers Lee

More and more I believe there is no downregulation of the thermogenic effects of EPH but only the stimulatory ones. M

ORIGINAL: landerson The ones I have are supposed to be 30mg You may have hit the nail on the head there. If they were obtained from a website mentioned on here a while ago (please don't name the name as not allowed!) ...then there has been much debate over what dose these tabs are....as the website leads you to believe they are 30mg, but most people who have taken them dispute this, as say more likely to be 8mg or so....myself included.

Give a non tea/coffee drinker a pro plus and they feel it alright. I know people who take handfuls of caffeine tabs just to stay awake all day, and don't 'feel' the effects anymore. Tolerance is the issue.

The thermogenic effect remains for months it has been shown, only losing the 'feeling' of EPH after a few weeks. But yeah, I wouldnt stay on anything in moderate/large doses for too long

ORIGINAL: *Tommy_H* I read that the appitie supressing effects decrease over time any body have experience with this? Yes they do. I'm in the fortunate position of being sensitive to the effects so can start out at least for a week or so on a small dosage. This gives a huge upside to dosages that I can exploit to maintain appetite suppressant effects for as long as possible.

Cheers PB one other thing if you would mate i started yesterday morning on the eph first i just took 1 tab so see the effect being 8mg i wasent expecting much i noticed a very small rise in body temp and a strange feeling in my head. then at 1pm i took another 8mg tab and 200 mg of caffiene that was fine too. i slep alright untill around 1pm when i woke up and got very slight anxiety which was eneough to keep me tossing and turning through the night. when i woke up this morning i took 2 eph tabs and 200mg of caffiene before my cardio, everything is fine now i am not going to take any more eph today incase it hinders my sleep. i really dont like anxiety. is there anything i can do to stop it?

No. This is the nature of the products you are using. They illicit a 'flight or fight' response or 'edgyness' due to their effects of adrenaline. Keeping dosages low until you are fully accustomed to sides is your best option.

500mg of high grade Hydroponics should suffice! might counteract appetite suppression though
