ECA (Ephedrine, Caffeine, Aspirin)

Ive just started taking ephedrine hcl to assist with weight loss. Im currently taking 8mg 3 times a day. Is this dose sufficient?

Im currently on high protein diet (180g/day) and training 6 days a week (3 cardio and 3 weights). I'm 16 stone and high %bf - looking to strip down and build more muscle.

Im new to this so all help much appreciated.

Not really a decent dosage tbh. Most users will take 25-30mg for between 1 and 3 dosages per day. Therefore, you could triple your current schedule and still be taking moderate dosages. I would increase gradually to assess tolerance.

Fat loss ultimately though is down to diet and exercise. It might be worth a look in the diet forum to ensure yours is adequate.

i got Do Do chesteze from boots yesterday and have been taking one with one proplus twice aday, just to see if my bodys good with it!! i got a coule of questions though

1/ what is theophylline?? its in the Do Do chesteze... will it lessing the effect of the eph? asnd is it harmful?

2 one dodo is like 18 mg.... every one on here seems to be on 25mg of eph... is it safe for me to take 2 or should i cut one in half and take 1 nd a half?

3/ when should i up the dose, of eph and caffeine... if i take 4 pro plus that will be like 230mg of caffeine including the 30mg in dodo

4/ asprin... is it worth taking? or should i try it and see how it goes??

60mg of cafffff
3 pro plus would be 150mg of more caffff
and poss try the 75mg of asprin with that or is all that too much??

1 - can't help there
2 - 2x dodo will be fine, I've taken 90mg eph before. Wouldn't recommend more than about 50 for a newbie when training as you'd be very wired
3 - experiment with dosages. Up dose when you stop feeling effects and stop getting the 'wired' feeling, If you take for a while you'll see what I mean
3a - 230mg caffiene is fine too mate - most caffiene tabs are in 200mgs and when on ECA I usually take 2.
4 - asprin, yes, take some, as it slows the effects down meaning you feel less wired, but more active for a while

A typical ECA dose for a newbie is 30/300/150 - you're proposing 25/230/75 which is nearly right - I suggest a little more asprin

Try it at the dose above, then vary E/C/A independently for different days/workouts and see how they effect you

Hi, I want to lose some serious weight before christmas - this gives me only just over a couple of weeks, but I'm training twice a day and have upped the proportion of cardio to weights in my workouts.
I want to use a fat-burner to help, and it sounds like ECA is the most effective (in the UK), but I don't like the sound of the wired sides (I'm already prone to anxiety & depression, I don't want any more!!).
I was considering getting a ready-made fatburner product like Maximuscle's Thermobol instead - how do these compare with ECA?
Or could I change the proportions of ingredients in ECA to cut down on the sides?

This won't happen without sacrificing much muscle mass. It is the wrong way to view fatloss bro. Fat didn't accumulate so quickly so it stands to reason that it won't be lost this fast - at least without implications.

That aside, there are many types of "fatburner" - if you wanted specifically to avoid eph, there are alternatives - perhaps have a look around the supplements forum for ideas. Personally, I wouldn't bother with anything other than eph.

would running eph, caffeine, clen and var be ok for a cutting stack?

ive seen many posts saying not to mix clen with eca so dont do it not a wise idea bro

if cycling then 2 weeks eca then 2 weeks clen will be alright

I have started to take Ephidrine and have bn taking about 4 a day, every other day.. but i havent been taking any source of caffine

I havent got time to order any pure caffine pills so i was thinking of taking Pro Plus.

Just wonderin wt dosage to be taking?

Also is it ok to take Ephdrine evey day..maybe 3 a day with Pro plus? as it supresses my Appetite, if so how many pro plus should i take?

Its not illegal and the dosage is very respectable. I would take 1hr before meals, not with.

What mg are your pills. 4*8mg is very different from 4*30mg!

I would limit to 3*25mg pills per day so 75mg give or take.

Pro-Plus I believe are 50mg per tab so you'll be taking 4 tabs per dosage of eph. It's an expensive way of getting caffeine!

Also is it ok to take Ephdrine evey day.

Generally ok for those without pre-exing cardiac/hypertensive issues. I would say 3months continuous is the max without a good break.

Its a discontinued one from 'Ministry Of Fitness'. I got a good supply when they were up and running

i just bought some eph from the hardcore supplement section.. i have just recieved the package today and the writing on the bottle is in french and also says it is for eelief of cold and hayfever systems... is this ok to use???

eph has been/still is used in some over the counter meds in the past for chesty coughs etc..... its sold in the usa over the counter as an aid for astmha.

i have had no experience with the stuff you have brought tho, other members have probably used it, post a new post about this.
