ECA (Ephedrine, Caffeine, Aspirin)

Hi, i was woundering what was smart to eat while and after you have taken the eca-stack.
Much, little or regular?
I figure that if you loose that kind of fat your body will response with putting down the leptin amount in your body, then to loose fat again you must rise this amount to a normal level to get an optimal fat loss? Am i wrong? I have very little information about the smartest diet when taking eca, maybe i should have posted this in the diet forum

Hi, i have brought Thermalean from AstroNutrition:
Each capsule contains:
Ma Huang................................350 mg
(standardized for 28 mg ephedrine)
Kola Nut..................................350 mg
(standardized for 175 mg caffeine)
Chromium Picolinate................200 mg
White Willow.............................25 mg

it says on the container to take 1 or 2 pills with each meal, but having read most of this thread, it is recommended to take 45mins before meal.
Can you tell me when it's best to take it?

I been taking this ECA from yesterday, and wanted to know if this numbing feeling in my right hand normal. Gotta say it takes a while to kick in though but I get the wierd feeling and the heart pumping. I actually thought I would be tolerant to the side effects....guess Im not.

Just a quick question, I was thinking of taking these as well to lose that last bit of stubborn fat on my stomach but I work on the railway and get randomly drugs tested - i was wondering if I take these will they show up on a drugs test??

Isn't ephredrine basically the same as speed? (ampthetamines) ???

No.

There is a very small possibility though that poor testing practices could yield a false positive for amphet from eph use.

Hello PartyBoy, I've just found this site after seeing an advert in Fighters Only Mag. Your article is excellent, I've read through all the associated posts and would like to use an ECA stack as I play judo and need to cut my weight for competitions.

I'm a bit confused on some bits and wonder if you are able to answer my questions please?

1. Eph HCL from Astro Nutrution is 8mg per tablet does this mean to get the required 20-30mg per dose I will need to take 3 tablets three times a day or are their tablets produced to only require 1 tablet three times a day for the required effect?

2. I understood that Ephedrine is POMs in this country is this still the case and if so does that mean Astro's Eph HCL is Ma Huang and if so will this require a lower dose?

3. I have read that Do Do Chestease can give extra side effects (over and above Eph HCL) would you suggest giving these a miss as a source of Ephedrine?

4. If I were to know where to get Ephedrine locally would this be a better option for my source than a commercial site or the DO DOs?

1. At 8mg per tab you would need 3 tabs per dose, and a typical max daily dose of 9 tabs. However, using smaller dosage tabs does give a finer control in tapering up dosages to your personal requirement/tolerance.

2. Eph HCL is legal to sell. Some however (including myself) find ma huang to provide better appetite controlling properties.

3. There are reports of chest-eze seeming harsher on sides. I would use other sources where possible.

4. Possibly (cheaper), though you must have a certain level of faith in your source to trust that you receive what you expect.

I think its as good as HCL as appetite control is a big part of reason for using this type of product. There are a few on Astro site such as Hydrolean. Choose a formula similar to that one which looks the best on price.

As for feeling it i really don't at low doses so i have been upping it until i can feel 'something'.

As you can see at the bottom it says 1 or two capsules with each meal. This is conflicting to your advice in your first post where you say to take a single dose. Its seems quite alot to jump in with say if you are, not basing it on a Bodybuilder 6 meal diet, but say three times a day? That could be either 3 or 6 capsules?

The suggested dose looks high tbh.

One cap, 3 times a day would be the max to suit most.

FFS was looking forward to going back to Aus and starting an ECA stack only to find out ephedrine is completely banned in all forms. The best I can get is synepherine which is a citrus based extract...

hey partyboy, superb information everyone is clearly appreciating it. in reference to the product referred to by surpherph, it contains 175mg caffeine and 28mg eph, but by my calculations, the white willow is 25mg (standerdised at 15% salacin) which means it contains the equivalent of 3.75mg aspirin. just to make sure that's correct i worked it -

15(%salacin in white willow) / 100 * 25(mg of white willow) = 3.75mg aspirine
15/100*25=3.75.

is this correct?! lol
so should i take a baby aspirine to work synergistically with the e & c.

Does seem low. The herbal preps tend to contain around 100mg white willow. You could take a baby asp with them, though I wouldn't worry too much about it tbh
