If it's not a pre-made stack then just swallow one after the other.

'Stack' simply means a combination of products, pills, powders, etc.. combined together to make a whole.

Ok I have re-taken the Eph (only 16mgs), but this time with no aspirin and only 50mgs of caffeine. I will see what happens this time before increasing my dose. I did quite a lot of reading and my pains in the upper left chest seem to be not locked down, so I shouldn't blame the Eph just yet.

i have 8mg tabs of ephadrine. if one shoult take approx 30mg 3 times daily thats 90mg daily that would mean i need to take about 12 of these tabs ed to see effects along with caffine, is that correct.

Howdy fellors, after 3 hours reading i only got half way through this thread and i think the info i was reading was about 2 yrs old..... but i dont have another 3 hours tonight, so thought id come out with my qestions..

What i plan on taking is -

half a normal size aspirin
1.5 x Do Do chesteeze (or 3 x 8mg Ephedrine HCL(anything better/cheaper))
4 x pro plus (anything better / cheaper for 200mg?)

first week - 1 stack half hour before breakie
second and on - as above plus half hour before evening meal

I dont want to go with 3 times per day.

the above is on old info though, is there something better nowadays?

Also due to this thread, ive drunk 2 cups of green tea throughout the 3 hours, never touched a drop ever before!! I will be drinking that daily from now on.

Also a couple of questions nobody asked in the first 16 pages..

Could i take mon-fri as i know il forget of a weekend! plus if i do forget every now and then, would it be worse for me?

And could this stack combo help somebody lose weight that is only on a calorie controlled diet with no excercise/little excercise????? This is not me but info for others.

After many more hours research, ive come across what i believe to be a good 'beginner' stack - ThermaLean **Original Formula**.
If im good on this, il next time go for the preffered broken down versions...

No name you are Tits, the directions on teh webcite look to be a little low for the dosing these guys are going so the 3 pills a day is about right i guess

Yes as one of the main properties is appetite suppression.

Party Boy - cheers for a great post.
I've a question before I start on my first ECA stack , I've got some 75mg dispersal aspirins, is it ok to use these or would it be best using the normal tablet type and splitting a 300mg tab ?

Just to echo the question above regarding alcohol and ECA - whats the general rule of thumb ? Avoid it or is it ok ? I'm got a wedding do to go to which will be in the middle of my 2weeks cycle.

Just one more question - My Eph has an E stamped on them , heard of W's and M's before but not E - These were sold as 30mg's , are they correct?

Don't know tbh. There are so many different variants that it's difficult to tell.

the ones with E stamped on them are astonutrition brand and are 8mg. i am using them at the mo.

Cheers Sharkz -looks like I've been stitched up again, the lad i got these from was 100% certain these are 30mg ,I've tried one tab on it's own and got a mild buzz, before I up the dose to 2 tabs are you sure these are only 8's , could it be poss to get them marked E in 30mg's ? Not trying to sound funny or anything I just want to be safe than sorry mate. I bought 100 and if these are 8's they aren't going to be enough for a 14 day cycle

im confident they are 8mg. astronutrition only do 8mg ones, have a look on thier website. 2 tabs is enough to give a slight tingling feeling.

Aspirin is a prostagladin inhibitor and in theory will aid lipolysis, though the degree of which imo is relatively small. To give an indication of my perceived relevance, I would not avoid a product merely because it lacked asp or white willow bark. There's one or two pseudo relevant studies re aspirin and lipolysis but nothing concrete at this time for me to suggest that its a necessity. The main benefits as we know for EC/ECA is appetite suppression and performance advantage - These alone are by far the main contributory factors to fat loss.

I've come across this site by accident & have read through most of this post. I've noticed that party boy seems to have all the information on Ephedrine so i'd be very grateful if you can answer this question for me!!!

I've just recently lost over 6stone on a very low cal diet (VLCD...Cambridge. Meal replacements) & finding it difficult to shed the final 9lbs. To be honest i don't excerise the only exercise i do regular is walking, (so i'm probably an outsider on this site...lol) i also work nights at a hospital on the wards & always pacing up & down the ward as it is very busy.

I recieved my 'Kaizen Ephedrine HCL 8mg' today & want to get started straight away. I can't take aspirin, so i understand i can leave that out but as i don't do exercise in the true sense will ephedrine work for me with the weight loss side???

Please can you kindly tell me the best way to use it? I'm i right in thinking 3x8mg tabs plus 100mg caffeine or should it be 200mg caff? As i do, work night shifts when would be the best time to take it? How offen?

Sorry if this question has already been answered but i didn't see anything about a non exercising person who is just using it for weight loss!!!

Welcome

Eph with exert it's effect whether you exercise or not. It will slightly raise calorie expenditure, but more importantly it (+caffeine) should decrease appetite which is half the battle. Use 200mg caffeine with 24-32mg eph. (Some are very sensitive to eph, so it may be wise since you have lower mg tabs to start at 16mg for the first day to assess tolerance).

Start at 1 dose per day and increase to (max) 3 if and when required. Take your dose upon awakening, 30-45mins before food. If and when you increase the number of dosings, your final dosing should be well before your planned sleep time, perhaps as much as 7 or 8 hours.
