ok i'm not feeling anything of note with this eph 25+

took two caps this morning with an additional 200mg caffeine tab (from MP)

surely i should be buzzing off my nut?

I was like you mate. Some people are more tolerant but you will still have the thermogenic affect burning calories even if not as energized. I was taking eph25 3 pills x 3 daily without any problems but I was feeling energetic.

The buzz you talk about Id only get if I overdosed. I took 6 tabs in one go and had a real buz. I once took 8 tabs in one go and the buzz was amazing but I was really ill all night, terrible headache and sick a few times.

Thermalean rocks. Been using it for a few years and Im still loving it. Got to take a break every once in a while though.

Edit: ECA's a good stack - really helps with weight loss. Takes a while to get used to it though.

I am looking at starting my cut around June time but I want to be prepared for it. I am looking at the idea of doing 2 week Clen and 2 week ECA on and off. What ype of dosages of each should I be taking. Bear in mind at the minute I am 6ft 1, 14.5 stone and I will be doing cardio on an almost daily basis.

Hi im new to this everyone and I been reading this thread for about 2 months now. I'm a 26 year old woman and have decided to give this a try. I brought my first pack of dodo today and have taken one today just after lunch to see how i get on as im off to the gym after work.. Took one tab (18mg eph) with 2 pro plus (50mg per tab) no aspirin. Just wondering if this was right, coz i know its supposed to be 25mg, 200mg & 75mg aspirin. Other sirtes say only 15mg asprin or none at all. Dont know what to think really, can anyone help me? Already made me feel slightly wired as described here so just hoping it does me good in the gym tonight. Thanks all x

I have been trying to seek some advice but no help :(((

I am about to start a cycle of deca and susta from 06/03

However , I want to lose some weight before I do that . I have had ephedrine + Caffeine before ( almost 2 years ago ) and worked like a dream but I did notice that my strength went down too while lifting weights but I was not on roids .

Can somebody please advise if Eph 25 is better or Grenade as per personal experience and if you have taken either of the two before or on a cycle ? If yes, has it affected in any negative way ?

Bump caffeine to 200mg so 4 * PP. 1 do-do is fine. Aspirin not particularly necessary

Just one dose per day initially.


Potentially work up to 3 doses per day if you feel the need. Personally I don't but I react very positively to low dosages of ECA.

I would choose grenade personally as I prefer herbal eph, not synthetic. Others are the opposite.

You can use it when you want on or off cycle

Have started cardio again and kicking butt . . . just want to look into fat loss supps . . .

this thread is pretty informative . . . still bit confused tho? Is Eph legal? what's better, fat loss supps that I can buy from the back of Men's Health etc or the mix provided at the started of this thread?

does taking pure eph with caffeine and asprin give the same results as just buying an ECA stack??? just asking so i know if there any difference when i come to buy some and i know it prob seems straight forward but thought that taking the eph might yield more potency/results.

Oh I know that, but it's what I've heard a fair few people on here claim. I just wondered if the same principles applied when taking EPH.

My original post was meant to say "on a bulk" not "on a cut". That's the question I was asking . I take it the same answer still applies though.

imr running ECA for the first time and there is no way i could bulk on it running it the standard way
may be if you took one dose before work out it would help you have a more intense session but every thing else dould need to be in place for this to work

Yes.

Forget about trying to lose fat while looking to add muscle. Your potential for gains will be compromised.

If you find yourself adding too much fat, just reign in the calories, increase cardio, or both.

just because it kills my appitite so much that i struggle to eat. which is what im after atm as im cutting

Just got my delivery of Grenade today :)

The recommended dose is 1 tab with breakfast or before work out . Does that work or shall I have another 1 in the evening ( say 4ish ) to suppress appetite in the eve?

Had my first dose ( grenade ) of one tab this morning but felt nothing . No rush , no appetite suppression

Shall I increase the dose ? please advise

I had a quick look on astro nutrition last night, as said they have stopped selling eph, but they have added a link to another site that is now selling it, prices look the same to me and the coupon codes will apparantly work on the new site

I've just been on astro nutrition to buy some ephedrine but there's no link or anything on there now. Anybody help???

Hi PartyBoy (and everyone else too), I'm new to the forum and have been reading through this post for a few days now.

I have got my first lot of eph's but don't know what mg they are is there a standard strength or am I right in thinking it's a case of how long is a piece of string ? They are tiny, white, curved with a lip. I have a picture if that might help ?

normaly they are 30mg (the ones i have used) but some are 15mg

Can pseudo ephedrine be used at the same dosage in the same way as ephedrine? I have a bottle.

Pseudo-eph isn't worth bothering with. It is much less potent, perhaps 4 to 5 times or more less so than ephedrine.

Am I ok posting a pic of them or is that a no no ?

I hope they aren't 30mg I've been taking 3 at a time lol thought they would be 8mg
