RE: ECA (Ephedrine, Caffeine, Aspirin)

Where's the cheapest place to get ephedrine & aspirin from? I've got around 50x 200mg caffeine tablets. I've seen 50x 8mg eph tabs for about £7 or £8 on the link from the OP, but I'm guessing as they're only 8mg you'd need 3 per dose really? Are the all in one products the best value?

Actually, £22.99 for 150x 8mg eph tabs seems quite reasonable, anyone advise where I can get aspirin from cheap before I order? I've lost 4.5% body fat in the last 8 weeks, but progress is starting to slow a bit now. I'm going to really up the excercise as much as poss, and hopefully this ECA stack will help too. Ideally, I'd like to lose another 3%+ BF in the next couple of months, then I can start bulking again.

I've never been on it before. Made a mistake in my last post, I meant to say where can I get aspirin from? I've got the caffeine tablets already.

Just got a hold of some ECA30+. I'm doing am cardio at 6 or 6.15am, does it really take 45 mins for the stuff to kick in? As taking soon as i wake (around 6am) would be kinda pointless for aiding cardio. I guess i'd still get the fat loss effects though? Or do the fat loss properties work alot better if they ECA is in my system working during my cardio?

hi all i spent most of earlier today reading through all the comments - took me a long time lol as it goes back quite a way. PB - repping you for all the replies no matter if people repeat themselves, which im not hoping to do! Quick bit of background - im 24, spent about 2 years going to the gym (21 - 23) then stopped due to a long commute to work. I do however do thai boxing so do cardio and exercises like press ups etc, which i have been doing for about 2 years now. I weigh 11 stone 10lbs (75KG) and i am about 5'9 = 5'10 In terms of cardio over a week i do the following monday 30 - 40 mins jogging tuesday 1 hour worth of football which i always run about alot wednesday : rest thursday 30 - 40 mins jogging friday rest saturday - thai boxing lesson for an hour - cardio related activity such as super set or skipping involved - more intense than duration sunday 30 - 40 mins jogging my diet is a bit more shakey breakfast usually is 2 weetabix with warm milk mid morning i then have some fruit then i usually eat half my lunch around 1pm then the other half 3pm i then go home from work and train the above aroudn 6pm then have dinner at 7 (can supply info but will be like piece of fish and vegetables or moussakka - hardly anything unhealty) later on in the evening around 10pm i will do exercises like sit ups and press ups before bed i will usually have some cereal like cornflakes (depending on how i feel) ok right sorry about that - shall get to the point now - my weight isnt going down after doing the above for 3 weeks maybe a little early to tell on the new plan. However i am thinking of upping the cardio sessions to twice a day maybe on my lunch break as well. I can post up some pictures of my body for people to tell me what they think - alot of people i have spoke to have said you might find it hard to get the lbs off as u are fairly trim. anyway i wanted to up my cardio and also start the ECA (or just EC) stack - however i have read alot of people on here are buying chest-zzee or aspirin from like the chemists - which i didnt really want to do - can anyone provide a link to somewhere i can buy a suitable product that contains ephedrine HCL and caffieine in the appropriate amount. I dont want to buy the ephedrine herbal version. if anyone could help that would be brilliant thanks for reading

This is scary stuff. I normally manage 1500m rowing at decent speed before really feeling it and becoming quite out of breathe. I took 1 grenade tab for the first time today 30 mins before a cardio session and managed 5000m, in the end, it was my legs which had bad cramps from squats the other day, not my fitness, which meant I had to stop. I'm not sure if this is normal as it seems a little too good, this was my first time taking eph and I don't drink caffeine (no tea/coffee/redbull/lucazade/coke ect) so this may have also effected me quite a lot. What do you think, normal for a first timer or mainly placebo?

Probably a good idea to touch on synephrine and herbal equiv too mate. Guaifenesin is often asked about as it is found in some formulations. It is an expectorant & loosens phlegm, increasing lubrication of the lungs allowing for a productive cough and decreased chest congestion. Also might be worth mentioning the increased rate of conversion of T4 to T3 through chronic eph administration, which goes some way to dispelling the myth that anything more than say 6 weeks is futile. Astrup A, Lundsgaard C, Madsen J, Christensen NJ. Enhanced thermogenic responsiveness during chronic ephedrine treatment in man. Am J Clin Nutr. 1985 Jul; 42(1): 83-94. Astrup A, Madsen J, Holst JJ, Christensen NJ The effect of chronic ephedrine treatment on substrate utilization, the sympathoadrenal activity, and energy expenditure during glucose-induced thermogenesis in man. Glam, yes 4 pro plus would yield 200mg caffeine. Generally 20-30mg ephedrine per 200mg caffeine would be about right.

Welcome RW. I understand Grenade is eph hcl. However, your diet is poor (i'm being kind here btw!), and I feel this is holding you back without question. Forget drugs at this time and visit the diet forum for assistance. There are people there who have much greater knowledge than I in this area (though I can spot a p1ss poor diet at 100 paces )

Hey, Does anybody experience increased skin sensitivity when using eph/grenade? The skin around my stomach/love handles always becomes almost painful to really gentle touches e.g. t-shirt moving.

I just thought I'd chuck in my experience of withdrawl sides of EPH. I've done 2 rounds of EPH - 6 weeks, 2 weeks break then another 4 weeks on. The first time i stopped taking it I had a period of 2 days where I just wanted to sleep, verging on narcolepsy! I put this down to travelling as I was on holiday but when exactly the same thing happened again on my 2nd withdrawl I put it down to the EPH. I wondered if anyone else experienced this after using EPH.

Canada is your best bet - it's not strictly allowed in the UK. Chest eze which you can aquire in the UK via online pharma's etc is fairly low dosage and works out quite expensive. I did get some Eph25 that I'm sure was dispatched from UK but the pure HCL came from Canada iirc.

I can only speak for Eph25 and a homemade stack (HCL/caffiene tab/tesco aspirin). After being initially disappointed with Eph25 I found that once I got the dosage right (I'm not very sensitive) it was a great product and easier than necking handfuls of pills at a time. Start off with one cap and work up from there to see where your therapeutic dosage lies. I train in the morning so I used to take 4 eph25 then go for an hours cardio, refuel, take another 1-2 then go off to train. It would give me a little pep and stop me craving rubbish food but thats about it! The general rule of thumb is - dont take them after 4pm as they can disrupt your sleep and dont take them for too long (in terms of weeks) as your tolerance will build up and the withdrawl can be annoying. Also - Personally Id' only take these towards the end of a cut - to ice the cake so to speak. I hope that helps - I'm sure there's lots more knowledgable people than me on this but thats my tuppenies.

Hey, i am new to this board, and have read through most of the posts, but im wondering, if somebody could explain a few things to me... firstly i decided to start taking epehdrine to promote fast weight loss, i used to take them before, and recently found my stash at home after returning from university... however i am not sweating with these tabs although i do have the anxious feeling... i workout, but not as frantically as i recall doing before.. lol! my question is tht i do not no how much eph i am taking as i dont no how much each tab is, i have been taking two once a day half an hour before a workout.... is it possible for somebody to tel me if its normal to feel cold... regards Billy
