ECA (Ephedrine, Caffeine, Aspirin)

PB, I've read through this whole forum and first of all want to say thanks for all the information you've provided!

I just have one question for you...  I am female, 24 years old, 5'7, weigh roughly 127lbs (and first time posting )

I am happy with my current weight/figure, just want to cut around my stomach/love handles in time for the summer.  I eat well and am in the gym 4 times a week doing a good mix of cardio and weights.

Anyways, I just want your opinion on using an ECA stack on and off weekly, and in the 'off' week using Hydroxycut Hardcore.  This is what the lady at the supplement store recommended, but judging by this forum, I'd trust your opinion more then hers!

Although recovering well from anxiety I still have it so I dont really want to take a chance. Can anyone reccommend something different?

If this sort of things is a problem, then simply don't use it or anything like it.  You don't need fat burners.  What's wrong with hard work: diet and exercise?!

Hi I am interested in talking the ECA stack for a short period of time to enhance my weight loss. I have tried Grenade and Stack II in the passed for weight loss in which i believe to have helped me preform that little more at the gym. I started of a few years ago when i went swimming regular, i googled a diet tablet and was taken to this online chemist site where i purchased 100 tabs of Pure ephedrine, i paid about £25.00. I was unable to buy any more, as the website was under construction, then gone.

I don't want to beat about the bush if i am unable to get the ephedrine now, then how would i go about the alternative route. I have seen many posts with regards to the herbal content, we don't know what they do to the body etc....

I have checked out a few products, but i would prefer for a more experienced person to advise me.

Does anyone have any experience with Xburn 30mg tabs?

I was just wondering if anyone had stomach pains from using this? I'm doing 2 stacks a day am and lunch and i'm in my nd week. Lost some body fat which is great but there was no change in appetite and no 'buzz'. Getting stomach pains but i'm not sure if its from this or something else i'm eating or something. Just wanted to check

slept all day yesterday, woke up around midnight and after a meal at 2.45am took 25mg eph or so, thought this would be enough as it was my first time

still felt tired though at around 3.30am so put on some music and lay down and slept through til 7am

is this unusual? i was expecting this to be a pretty powerful stimulant and have me totally wired, but i didnt really notice anything.

On my 3rd day of EPH30+ extreme, I find it supresses my appetite too much! I cant even get food down! lol. Energy is immense.  Side effects seem to be dry mouth, cold feet and sweating under arms! Makes me feel...wired!

hi there, i have a question about the ECA stack. Could i purchase Ephedrine HCL 8mg and just add it into my Animal Cuts? The Animal Cuts would be my source of the caffeine. Thank you in advance!

im currently doing 25mg/200mg/75mg as this is what i thought was optimal. the aspirin i have is 300mg though, so im quartering it.

I find aspirin to be largely useless in the stack - I'm sure there's a 'science bit' somewhere to back it but I found no difference by excluding it.

Also IME as a cycle goes on your tolerance to eph will increase at a far greater rate than your tolerance to caffiene - mine starts at 24/400 caffiene after a week its 32/400, a week later 40/400, week later 48/400 etc.

there is a shocking amount of bad ephedrine on the market. Some seems to work slightly when first dosed, but after a few days it's apparent that there are other chemicals added. There is still decent Eph to be had but it's a bit of pot luck to find them. 

I've just gotten some that doesn't seem to have much or any Eph contained, bit weird.
 


I don't want to blame the supplier but I'm curious to know what else is in this now.
I took one in the morning, didn't feel anything after an hour, took one in the afternoon, didn't feel anything either.

i dont seem to be getting a whole lot from my ephedrine. my eca stack is helping me stay awake and feel less tired during the day time, but im not getting a crazy buzz or shakes like others suggest. really doesnt seem to be knocking the fat off me at extreme rates either (though admittedly i havent been doing much cardio, although my diets well in check)

its 'efedrine arsan' ... anyone tried this brand? 50mg tablets

Started taking mine yesterday, got a bit of buzz and I noticed quite a bit of improvement on my cardio and weight lifting. It also really has suppressed my appetite and only real side effect I have experienced is a dry mouth.

i keep all my supps at the back of my desk against the wall. yesterday i cut up an eph and an aspirin in half. took the half for the day, then left the rest beside their packets, for taking today.

i just looked at them though and theyre melted?! the aspirin is completely flattened into a widespread white, sticky powder stuck to my table and the ephedrine has started melting and sticking to the table but the main bulk of the pill is stil there. not anything important im just curious wtf happened. is it likely i spilled some water or something which cause them to melt? or could it be the heat? :/

i keep mine in a small plastic sealed bag in my car only thing ive noticed with my eph is it doesent take much for them to powder. i.e every time i take one powder stick to my fingers so maybe leaving them in the heat just crucified them lol.
 
as for the aspirin ive no idea i was taking aspirin for about a week and started to get chronic stomache aches so stopped and stuck with eph and caffeine, no difference to performance/weightloss lost 4% bodyfat in 1 week currently at 16%  and the stomache aches have gone :)

I got a buzz of the ECA for the first 2-3 days but after that didn't really feel much. I increased the Eph dosage and now its 32/200/75 mg and I am still not feeling much. My appetite is still suppressed but I am not noticing anything else especially during cardio. Is this just because my body is getting used to it, is there anything I can do.

alright , i have not touched eca stack for 2 years . At that time i was running the Stack II (http://www.predatornutrit...ck-2-100-capsules.cfm)  ingrediants have now changed.

however i am now looking to make my own stack, so was wondering where i can pick up some ephedrine and caffeine. i was gonna run with the 1 cap RPN alphaburn . cant find any eph on the main sponsors.

Zaffy, Ephedrine isn't as such illegal, its legal to have personal use amounts and legal to use. Ephedrine HCL is the usual form of ephedrine around.

Health Zone eph was useless, crumbling and I took about 10 got nothing. Everyone is in the same boat lately tho, suppliers are being shafted, there is nothing good around. The eph25 was all good, 1 type of clen was good the other not tried yet.  

Artemis is right. As long as its for personal use, it's all good.

No.

For a 20mg pill, the absolute maximum ephedrine in it will be 20mg. It will actually be less than 20mg as there is the weight of any filler, and the weight of binders to consider too
