RE: ECA (Epedrine, Caffeine, Aspirin)

Snoopy, thanks for the response. I think you have a good idea about dropping the caffeine on the last dose, but I was thinking of taking the last dose maybe an hour before my workout and I like the way the caffeine gets me motivated to lift, so I'll tinker with it a bit. Do you guys do any ECA before workouts? And if so, how long before hand?

20 or 30 mins before should be fine. As said, monitor your ability to sleep and adjust dosages/timings accordingly.

I've just decided to give ECA a go and have a couple of questions 1. I drink a fair bit of skimmed milk and read somewhere this can counter the effects. Is this true? 2. Do I need to take ECA on non training days? Any help much appreciated.

I just found this forum whilst googling for chesteze side effects- Could someone let me know just how toxic to the liver chesteze is? I've had a few liver scares in the past (OD.. don't ask) I'm using chestese (recommended by my dad- a masters weightlifter) to aid weightloss by increasing metabolism and suppressing appetite. Obviously the directions say to take a maximum of four per day, with a 4 hour interval between doses, but at the minute i am only taking one dose (one tablet) about 30-60 minutes before my meal. I'm worried about the addiction problems of taking the EC (at least) once a day- I've heard Ephedrine is very addictive; the reason it's banned in the US. I've been told (by Vati) to take it in the mornings, too, which i planned on doing, but I don't want to becoe out-of-control dependant on it. I plan on taking it indefinately, until I reach my target weight- I've also decreased my calorie consumption and increased (if only a little!) my exercise levels. I'm also worried about side effect, like liver damage or heart attacks, but i'm a severe hypochondriac so tell me if these fears are unfounded or not. Is the EC going to cause any damage (or a dependancy) by taking it in the morning and before my meal every day? I realise this post may be rather incoherent, but I'm typing in a hurry. Sorry if i'm being a pain Harpy

I Started with ECA a week ago, starting out with one dose now I'm up to two a day. I've suffered a not inconsiderable drop in strength at the gym, is this normal

No, not normal. ECA can actually improve performance.

ORIGINAL: D-JUICE or should i up the dosage?? No! Paracetamol is not aspirin. You should not be taking paracetamol regularly anyway. Doubtful coffee alone will increase thermogenisis to any notable degree. It will provide a 'kick' for workouts though I wouldn't rely on it long term.

I would only use it whilst bulking for the occasional 'kick' before workouts. There's no need to use it in a fat loss sense as the easiest way to stop too much fat storage is to cut back of calorie intake a little. Yes, sides do subside to a degree after continued use.

I was wondering if taking the ECA stack with a cup of Green Tea would enhance the thermogenic effect as Green Tea is widely referenced as a good thermogenic supplement. Anyone had any experiences? MartinA.

RE: ECA (Epedrine, Caffeine, Aspirin)

Quick question: The ephedrine pills i have are small and consist of 8mg's of pure ephedrine HCL. I've been taking 3 of these, plus 2 x 100mg of caffeine pills, and an aspirin. However, at this rate (9 pills a day), i'm going to go through my supply quite quickly. \ My question is, would i notice a big difference if I took 2 eph pills in my stack? That's 16mgs vs 24 mgs of ephedrine. Or perhaps a better routine would be 3 with teh first stack of the day, then 2 in the other stacks. Any advice woudl be nice.

Party boy! Is E.C. still safe when you don't have much to loose? I intend to cut a pound, maybe two.
