Safe providing you are not an "at risk" individual. tbh though if all you want to loose is a couple of pounds you could do this easily in a week without drug help. If however, they are the last couple of stubborn pounds after a long cut, ECA would prove beneficial to your aims.

The bottle says Proprietary Blend 1280MG
Serving 2 capsules
Ma Huang Extract ( 25mg of Ephedrine Alkaloids)
Caffeine (250mg of Caffeine Anhydrous)
It list others but not the mg

How should I dose throught out the day...I just finished my first 2 weeks of Clen.

The bottle says 2 capsules morning
2 capsules mid-afternoon.

Sounds resonable the dosing. I dislike "proprietory blends" for the reason you have stated. Luckily, the eph and caffeine (which are the most important) are listed.

You might want to start on 1 cap twice per day for the first couple of days to assess how you react. Build up to a max of 2 caps, 3 times a day, last serving being around 4pm. You may want to just take 1 cap for your last serving of the day if sleeping becomes troublesome.

Quick question:

The ephedrine pills i have are small and consist of 8mg's of pure ephedrine HCL. I've been taking 3 of these, plus 2 x 100mg of caffeine pills, and an aspirin.

However, at this rate (9 pills a day), i'm going to go through my supply quite quickly. \

My question is, would i notice a big difference if I took 2 eph pills in my stack? That's 16mgs vs 24 mgs of ephedrine.

Or perhaps a better routine would be 3 with teh first stack of the day, then 2 in the other stacks.

Any advice woudl be nice.

I prefer the latter option. 16mg's eph is close to the 18mg (I think) content of TMOF's thermogenic which received very good feedback when it was available.

Each time i cut i do have this problem, it's a pound or two, old fat i've always have and can't burn off.
This time i want to get rid of it, my diet's ok, been cutting for 6 weeks now and i can't seem to be able to do **** about that, i don't use thermogenics, but this time...
I'm 5 foot 5 for 12 stones, cut.(1m70/70kgs). I'm a "shrimp fella", see? I wondered if my body would bare the stuff and if E.C. would rip and yet spare my muscles.

Took first Stack this morning about 6:30 and had brekkie at 7. No real side effects, just the kind of weird feeling ...like head feels dizzy but isn't really!

Took 30mg Eph, 200mg Caff, 75mg Asp...

Now it's coming up to lunch and I'm not sure on if I should take the second one today. I read that for the first 4 days you should only take it once. I was going to try twice today as I'm feeling okay...just a little weird!!

Anyway what do you think I should do! What did you lot do the first day you tried ECA??

I would give it a couple of days on just one dose then move up from there if all's well.

Took the second stack at lunch.. Felt fine ...still that weird feeling!! I actually enjoy the sort of buzz!!! Think i'll stay with twice a day for another few days and then up the dosage!!

If you're trying to lose that last couple of pounds of flab, use the ECA stack before your workout and right before a meal. I find that it curbs my appetite and really allows for a more intense workout. Make sure you're taking in lots of protein and you will lose fat with the ECA stack. I love it.

Hey Partyboy, would you recommend cycling ephedrine on and off?

Yes, you can become quite reliant on the stimulatory effect if used for too long. I would use for 12 weeks max before having at least 3 months off.

What do you think about just using it once on non-workout days before a meal and twice on workout days, once before a meal and once before the gym? Maybe take the weekends off also? I don't like taking too much time off it so I figure I can limit the intake when I need it the least. It's tough wokring out sometimes when I don't have that extra boost. Yeah I know it's a bit of a crutch, but it works.

I wouldn't use it long term even as you describe. Avoid dependancy at all costs.

I have a bunch of fat burning supplements in my house and I want to go on a 5 month cut up because I am recovering from shoulder surgery and want to get back into it. This is what I have available:

Clenbuterol
Ephedrine
Green Tea Extract
White Willow bark
Yohimbine HCL
Caffeine pills

A couple of questions I have:

What can I stack with the Clens?

Is it not safe to stack Ephedrine. Caffeine, White Willow Bark, Green Tea Extract and Yohimbine?
if it is not safe to have the Yohimbine in that stack and everything else is ok, when would you use the Yohimbine?

Is it safe to take the Green Tea Extract on a normal basis, I read in Muscular Development this month that if you have 690 mg of catechins(green tea extract) a day it significantly increases fat lose. If true, that is one thing I can take with the Clens? Anythign else to stack it with? I want the most potent stacks possible as I have used alot of fat burners in the past and my body can handle it, thanks for the help guys

I was wondering pretty much the same questoin as Allstar, but more specially was wondring the dosage suggestino of Yohinbime in a E/C/Y stack

E being 24mg
C being 200mg

Also, in a E/C/Y stack, should i toss the aspirin or use it in conjunction? Perhaps only use the Y in the first stack of the day, and let the other two consist of E/C/A? (Eph is easier to come by than Yohimbine)

True, but i've heard of shipments from 1fast400 getting caught up in Canadian customs and being held for a duration of time (a few months). Ephedrine, on the other hand, i can order from Canadian suppliers.

I was in fact going to order from 1fast400, but was only going to make a small order (one bottle of yohimbine) and see how quickly it gets here.
