I am thinking of doing a stack like this coming my summer cut down in calories plus increase is cycling. I'd like to know if you could tell me an equivalent "ready made" to your stack, also if this stack or ready made one will help increase stamina specially while cycling for more or less few hours? Any other inf would be appreciated. The reason is I am kind of getting sick of mixing and matching and maybe want to try a ready made one.

Sorted out a good diet, a good cardio/weights routine, and supplemented by x2 eph 25+ or grenades. Works great.

2 questions;

With Ephedrine having been used as a decongestant, and for asthma sufferers, it obviously affects the lungs. Therefore, is it even more dangeous to smoke while using ephedrine?

How much more dangerous (or more sides) is it using Clen compared to Eph?

No, assuming that you have no pre-existing health conditions ie cardiac issues, hypertension.

Personally, I'd rather take the creatine post workout with a carb source.

Unfortunately eph hcl is a grey area for suppliers. It is either a Prescription Only Medicine, or in certain cercumstances it is a 'P' medicine, meaning it can be over the counter but only via a registered Pharmacist outlet. Any UK  supplier selling eph hcl therefore is likely doing so outwith the law. As such as a rule we do not discuss sourcing. Suppliers residing outside the UK may be able to supply legally but usual 3 month import restrictions apply to you as a purchaser.

As far as I'm aware the products sold, are herbal equivalent preparations.

i thought eph was from a chinese plant anyway?

Just got hold of some 30mg Eph tabs with 'Atom' on them, anybody used these before?

I've experimented with grenade and eph 25+ tabs already, but they haven't increased my workout output, but have suppressed my appetite and kept me awake for night shifts at a bookies, hopefully these new tabs will do both and improve my workout.

I currently need to burn off 20lbs then i plan to stick to pure muscle/strength building technics! What supplement (eph?) would you suggest to get to work - i run 5 times a week hard and only lost 2lbs this week! Think I need a booster? Any recommendation? Thanks

Keeping muscle is down to sensible fat loss. Hammer cardio too hard or drop cals too low and you will risk muscle. Aiming for a sensible rate of fat loss is vital, 1-1.5lb per week is plenty.

Should you be trying to cut to very low bodyfat levels (single figure %) then steroid support may be necessary. I'm talking about real bodyfat levels here and not "hoping but never in a million years" guesstimates of bodyfat levels ie. someone who claims they are 12% and are more like 20%.
