ECA (Ephedrine, Caffeine, Aspirin)

It is definetly my training routine.
Ive read in one top about the 5x5 routines and i am going to give that a go, how long should it be before I see a gain or if this routine is working for me?
And how long do you reccomend I should keep the same routine as I have done mine for far too long now!

Oh and what would be the outcome if you drank alcohol with ECA? (Just a query)

Keep a routine whilever it is working. Give it  3 or 4 months to gauge progess. Increases in performance (reps) would be a good indication of progress.

You can have a drink while using ECA. I would avoid eph though if you were drinking to excess.

im thinking to buy eph 30+ extreme to lose weight
i used to be 100kg pure muscle like a few years ago and i stopped working out completely. im now 143kg ive still got 80% of my muscle and im wanting to know if the ephedrine is gonna help me shed that 40k of fat, is this possible?

Hi I am 5 days into my first ECA cycle.
 
For the first 4 days I took one dose per day (to establish my levels of tolerance, sides etc) of: 

Ephedrine 24mgs (Kaisien HCL)
Caffeine 200mg
Aspirin 75mg
Today I have started taking the above stack twice a day but if honest have not noticed anything different at all over the 5 days. Whilst I appreciate from reading this thread i can take 3 doses per day of up to 3omgs eph I intend to build up gradually. The absence of any feeling is good from a personal perspective but does not seem to fit the info contained within the thread. Is this normal and if not what sort of 'symtoms' should I be feeling?

These are my stats;

I am female, 5'7, weigh roughly 190lbs

I have just ordered 150 8mg caps of pure eph and would like to do the ECA stack using normal aspirin and coffee / diet coke for the caffeine.

I will of course, be curbing my eating and training in the gym at the same time.

My question is; what dosages should I be taking? I want this for pure weight loss - if I could get down to 130lbs I would be ecstatic - but am entirely new to this sort of thing.

With that said, I've got some questions for you. 
Buying eph stateside is next to impossible, so I've come across a few sources, but the downside is, that I'll have to buy in bulk. I read that you only want to cycle 'eph' for a maximum of 12wks, which means, I'll have enough to last years. My source told me it's got a good shelf life, so that's a good thing!


Anyways, for the questions...


These are 30mg... Legit? 

Should I start my doses small, around 30mg or so, till I work up to around 75mg, for daily consumption?

I have recently sorted some from a new source and when I tried them they made me feel really ill. This is about the third time I have experienced a bad batch and it seems that recently it has got worse. Have you any ideas on how to check the quality etc. Any help would be a big help

I cannot comment on fakes for professional reasons.  You should always acquire ephedrine through a licenced medical practitioner.

Sorry I am unable to help more.  Maybe others can...?

there is a shocking amount of bad ephedrine on the market. Some seems to work slightly when first dosed, but after a few days it's apparent that there are other chemicals added. There is still decent Eph to be had but it's a bit of pot luck to find them. Even Pharma turkish Arsan which used to be very good 50mg hCL doesnt seem to be the same quality it used to be and I'm sure this was legit Arsan.

Thanks for replying, having a nightmare trying to find any decent quality eph, agree totally with you it seems as if it works fine to start but soon turns to crap.

Just recieved some from astronutrition, seem ok to me. Found another site too, energyreload. Anyone had experience with them?
