Hi Im a newbie to this site so I apologize in advance for this post as you will probs not have a clue what im going on about.
I am 18years old, 5ft 7(170ish cm), 11st 2(71kg). Small I know. With a body fat % of 12.8. I have been playing sport at a high level full time for the last two years and have now stopped completely other than weight training 5/6 times a week.

Today was the first time I took ECA30+(Just the one) and was wondering if this was beneficial and healthy? I want to use them for more of an energy booster before sessions rather than stripping fat off me...is this ideal? My aim is to gain muscle mass and strength.

I am completely new to all the enhancing supplements and need some advice, and best options.

I have also been taking a Xtreme Bulk Protein drink which at first was really helping me put some muscle mass on but now I feel like I have hit a brick wall?!?!?!
The reason I went searching for an energy booster.

Oh btw I have never felt energy like that before in the gym, I felt like I could work constantly without a break.

Sorry for the long-winded post but thought it would be best if you knew my situation in detail!

Welcome.

No, it's not a good idea to use ephedrine as an 'energy booster'. Doing so promotes the mindset that eph will always be necessary to accomplish a decent workout.

Not only that, but usage may also interfere with appetite levels which is not ideal when looking to add mass.

Your brick wall is most likely one of two things:

1 - Your diet is suboptimal and lacking in areas, most probably in sufficient calories to grow.

2 - Your training is stagnent. You need to try different training methods, splits, strip/drop sets, supersets etc etc. Whatever is necessary to shock your body into further progress.

Please seek further assistance for both criteria in the relevant forums for specific advice.

Thanks for the reply Partyboy.

It is definetly my training routine.
Ive read in one top about the 5x5 routines and i am going to give that a go, how long should it be before I see a gain or if this routine is working for me?
And how long do you reccomend I should keep the same routine as I have done mine for far too long now!

Oh and what would be the outcome if you drank alcohol with ECA? (Just a query)

Keep a routine whilever it is working. Give it  3 or 4 months to gauge progess. Increases in performance (reps) would be a good indication of progress.

You can have a drink while using ECA. I would avoid eph though if you were drinking to excess.

im thinking to buy eph 30+ extreme to lose weight
i used to be 100kg pure muscle like a few years ago and i stopped working out completely. im now 143kg ive still got 80% of my muscle and im wanting to know if the ephedrine is gonna help me shed that 40k of fat, is this possible?

Hi I am 5 days into my first ECA cycle.
 
For the first 4 days I took one dose per day (to establish my levels of tolerance, sides etc) of: 

Ephedrine 24mgs (Kaisien HCL)
Caffeine 200mg
Aspirin 75mg
Today I have started taking the above stack twice a day but if honest have not noticed anything different at all over the 5 days. Whilst I appreciate from reading this thread i can take 3 doses per day of up to 3omgs eph I intend to build up gradually. The absence of any feeling is good from a personal perspective but does not seem to fit the info contained within the thread. Is this normal and if not what sort of 'symtoms' should I be feeling?
 
Any advice would be appreciated.
