HI people! I was wondering if anyone could help. I have my chesteze and proplus tabs and was going to start my eca stack. I have a few questions before i do.
- Should i ditch the pro plus tabs and get these from tescos? Saves me having a few pro plus tabs as these are 200mg a tab.
http://direct.tesco.com/q/R.209-0248.aspx - Should my dose be 1 and a half tab of chest eze= 27mg Ephedrine AND the 200mg caffeine tab? I am just going to have one today 30 mins before my session to asses my tolerance. I think i should be okay. I have been using pro oxy elite for the last month.
Should i build up to 2 doses a day or 3?
I have my diet in check pretty much and my cardio and weight sessions are pretty intense. For example today i am working Cardio and Back.
- Warm Up 10Mins
- 40 Mins HITT Cardio
- Weights (Back) (Barbell bent over row, back raise, barbell side bend, cable seated close row, dead lift, dumbell bent over row, t bar bent over and zercher squat followed by lunges in the gym car park ( Mates gym, Ronnie Coleman-esque :-) ) The weights are usually three sets in each exercise.
I am trying to cut this last stubborn stone off and add some definition. Sorry for the long winded dissertation ppl! PLEASE HELP. And thanks in advance to any replies
