I'm starting an ECA stack tomorrow and just wanted to get things cleared up before i start.
I shall be using:
Eph - Do Do Chesteze
Caffeine - Maxiraw primary caffeine (4x50mg caps)
Aspirin - 1/4 300mg tablet (was much cheaper than buying 75mg tabs)
i know that the aspirin isn't super important, but i'll be using 1/4 of a 300mg tablet.
with tomorrow being my first day, i'll be using 1 chesteze tab (18.3mg), 4 caffeine caps (200mg) and the quarter aspirin.
i've read this page:
http://www.hotnfit.com/ecstack.htm and it recommends using a half dosage of caffeine at first to assess tolerance, but it'd be ok to use a full strength dose straight off, yea? i have a fairly high tolerance to caffeine, i drink a few cups of coffee per day and use the caffeine tablets regularly (i know the coffee will have to stop when using this stack).
that site suggests that high intensity exercise should be avoided when using this. i play 6-a-side football on a saturday. have any of you used ECA prior to playing football and is it safe, or should i skip the dose before playing? i don't want to keel over mid-game.
do these have to be taken with water or can i neck them with my whey isolate 30 mins pre-workout?
sorry for going over old ground, i just want to get things sorted in my head before i start.
