Was using chesteze but am now using pure eph, it seems a lot cleaner, sides are less, infact chesteze tends to make me really dehydrated whereas pure eph hardly effect hydration. However I reckon chesteze seems to last longer, ie 6hrs or so whereas eph 3-4 hours ???. Got my tabs from astronutrition however they seem a little expensive and are low dosed. what do you think of these 2 herbal eca products http://www.fastresearch.co.uk/pcp/products.asp?partno=FB1 http://www.fastresearch.co.uk/pcp/products.asp?partno=ep1 and what about the company, anyone ordered from them Paul

They both look ok tbh, though I've never used the company.

Yes, though dependant on personal tolerance. I'd up the chesteze to 1.5 tabs per dose tbh

That will be due to dehydration no doubt, as you'll need to drink more water when your on ECA.

ORIGINAL: pike168 i am a beginner, does this sound OK as a beginner stack vasopro 25mg caffiene 200mg half an asprin perfect... take once a day, in a couple days take 2 if you can handle it... then after a week or so take 3 if you can. never take more then 3 doses divided equally thoughout the day. also i buy from a store that has the following products ephedra, ephedrine and a new one which i have never heard about called ephedrene. what is ephedrene? The Vasopro is Ephedrine, and thats what you want. also i had asthma as i child, gone now is OK to take it also im overweight so will they help me, i have my diet and excersize down just looking for a wieght loss booster. this is perfect for you as long as, as you said, your training and diet are correct.

Hi guys, I've just got my Thermogenesis from Astronutrition but have a quick question. The tub states that it contains 50mg WWB which I believe is standardized at 15% yielding only 7.5mg of Asp, so am I right in thinking I need to get some more? If so, where can you buy these baby aspirins from?? Thanks in advance! TR.

You can buy regular aspirin very cheaply from the supermarket and use a pill cutter on them but tbh I wouldn't bother as its not really an integral part of the stack.

I dont see how an ECA stack would effect any birth controls... From the Warning labels::::: Asprin dosent do anything as far as birth control... Ephedrine dosent effect birthing at all... Caffiene: Do not use if ALREADY Pregnant or Lactating... thats it... nothing about the control portion.
