Not me, I'll be in Edinburgh hoping to be kicking some other arses in the BNBF final.......bad timing this as I wanted to support Liz....I will be from a distance as I shake on stage myself

kitty please do give a good luck hug to nikki , ive shown her your amazing before and after pics and told her to give you a shout from me aswell....shame we cant see each other at our respective finals huh

hi rach... the honeymoon went ace... ive been such a lazy git lately.. havnt had a proper training session for over a month now, and been missing meals and stuff... feel a rite skinny git at the moment.. back ontrack in the next few days tho..

dont know bout the universe or brit, but me and the missus definate going to mansfield, nabba central in donny, and ofcourse the nabba uk.. if you and shane are at any of these then im sure we can catch up..

Got my ticket today and I'm sat in F 17 (for the nite show anyway as I think prejudging you just sit wherever) which I'm told is the 5th row somewhere near the middle. I'll be with the Flex N Tone gym lot. Dave Clarke from our gym is in the u90s (may have seen him on older beef cover). I'll be also shouting for all those competing from MT. Come and say hi if you see me, will be there from early as Dave weighs in at 8am.

Bless, I know you'll be thinking of me. Not sure which was announced first in the finals but I hope it doesn't happen next year as I too wanted to support the MT crew who are in the EFBB finals.
