EPHEDRA while on a cycle

Hi,
 
Im into my 6th week of my first cycle of 4 dynabol pd, 1ml of sust and 1ml deca weekly. Have picked up a healthy 7kg so far but just want to know if anybody has had any experience in taking Ephedra while on a cycle, i know its an appetite suppressant but i can still force myself to eat.
 
I want to use it to train harder, will it help in training harder without affecting my gains?

Steroids will strain your cns system and adrenal glans so prob not a good idea while on, maybe a good idea to use after to trim up. (less meds the better to get the results you are after) but  (best check with brutali aka knob head as apparently I talk  utter ****, thanks)
