East Midlands Bench Press, 20th March 2011

You can enter on-line or download an entry form to post.

Everyone is invited come and compete regardless of your division. It is being held under GBPF rules, if you are not already a GBPF you can download a GBPF membership form from the competition website.

You can also choose to lift equipped or unequipped.

This is usually a very well attended competition with a great atmosphere, so hopefully we'll all have a great time again this year.

Ian Wells 220kg at 92.4
James Jeffries getting a lift in, when he does it's worth seeing. 260kg at 94kg
Stewart Cowan on his first competition 182.5kg at 106.4kg
followed by his teammate
Jim Allison on his first comp too 170kg lifting unequipped at 116.3kg
and an appearance by wizard killing giant, from the new Harry Potter film Phil Wright lifting 160kg unequipped at 140kg.
