Hi everyone!!

Havnt posted here in a long time. Been away from the UK and just started weightligting again the last 6 weeks!
Obviously i am ectomorphic but good news for all the other rake boys out there.
In 6 weeks i have gone from 73.2Kg to 78.5Kg. About 0.8kg gain per week! Ive always been thin so i just try to gain as much mass as possible. I have such a long way to go but id thought id post some progress up.
I used to weight 85kg a few years ago but lost weight due to not eating right/training and travelling all the time. (which is a bad excuse)
 
Stats....
6 Foot, 78.5KG.
arms 13.8Inch
waist 31
 
 
Diet is high in calories. Stick to 6-7 meals a day. Something like this....
Breakfast - 100g oats with 6 egg ommellete/pint of orange juice
10amish - protein shake
1pm - chicken/beef/fish with rice/pasta
3pm - protein shake
5pm - chicken/beef/fish with rice/pasta
8pm - protein shake
10:30pm - cottage cheese/meet with oats/rice
 
Estimate this to be somewhere like 3800 although 3 meals here is protein shakes so bit suspect on the nutritional thing
 
training: 4 Day split
Mon - Shoulders/ Military Press, Upright Rows, DB Side Laterals, DB Front Raises, DB Kickbacks
Tuesday - Back/Deadlifts, T-Bars, Rows, Pullups, 3x Bicep exercise
Wednesday - Chest/Bench, Flys, Incline, Decline, crossovers, 3 x skullcrushers
Thursday - Legs/Squats, calf raise
Friday - Rest
saturday - 45 min boxing
Sunday - Rest
 
 
I do have a question though peeps.....My body is growing and getting stronger although my chest is noticeably small compared to the rest of my body. And the weight i am lifting on Bench isnt good at all....65kg for about 9 reps i just cannot squeeze that weight up. I try eating more post workout on the chest day, i superset it, i overtrain it, undertrain it, german volume train it. I just cannot spur any growth out of it???
 
Anyone have any ideas because my triceps and chest is a real weaknees and i dont know how to get it to grow. thanks for the help

preparation is key. diet is key. Knowledge is key. Dont rely on supplements, most of it is overpriced junk.
Lean meats,fresh vegetables,fruit and omega3's is all you need.

      Just looking at that diet it is woefully short of fats other than your eggs  imo and these will really help pcak out the calories for someone looking to gain mass.
       
      A tablespoon of flaxseed oil with those shakes would bump calories by 126 each time for example.
