Egg White protein ratio

Can someone let me know how much percent whey is in egg white powder please.

Or is it it's own protein is it slow or fast medium relase ?

Casein is also a milk protein.
Egg albumen protein is considering in the middle of these two regarding it's digestion rate. ie: slower than whey but faster than casein.

Egg protein is a good addition as it's all used by the body. But unflavoured tasted rank! Flavoured options give bad gas I've heard. Better to stick with real eggs rather than the powder probably. Although maybe someone else knows of a good egg powder. Optimum Nutrition do one. A bit pricey though...

It's just egg whiye powder on offer in 247protein, are they closing or something as they have a clearence sale.

I doubt it! It's just for egg white powder. Probably not selling as they'd hoped. It's never going to be a big seller imo.

There out of all whey except Vanilla so just thought that it was everything.

Yep thats a steal!! Almost considering it myself but I got 30kgs of wpi and 20kgs of mpi to get through. 

1 thning worrying me is when I type the addy in my search bar I can't get the site. Only if I google it. Payed now too. Money hasn't gone out but obviously it's friday night.
