End of cycle, losing motivation.

Hi all, I have just finished my first cycle of Test E 500mg 10 weeks. I'm in week 12 now, and due to start PCT on Thursday. It's been a succesful cycle, and have gained some decent mass, however over the last couple of weeks I've noticed my motivation has dwindled as I have reached peaks in my lifts. I feel I'm at a point where the weights are no longer increasing and things are a little stagnant. Usually this is a problem which is easily solved, as I'd just switch up my routine and change around my rep ranges. I just wanted to check, though, that doing so at this point in a cycle wouldn't be detrimental to keeping gains? I usually switch things up completely after 10-12 weeks, and that's about how long I've been following my current routine. Should I switch it up, dropping weight's but increasing reps as I normally would, or try to stick with the weights I've built up to, even though I feel I've hit my 'peak'? Cheers

sometimes you just need a break or to ease off now and again m8, you cant be full steam ahead constantly. if your loosing motovation then its prob the right time to come off anyway. i woyld take it easy a bit then when your ready get back into it fully
i believe with a healthy active lifestyle and some good knowledge and aas/peps use etc that you can live a longer stronger better life. main interests: physique conditioning, bbj, muay thai.

Motivation going to be low mate - you need to push through it If changing reps and exercises is only way, go for it ... better than training gently. This is the vital period. train hard, listen to your body, eat perfect. What I do is keep it simple, do core exercises and drop isolation stuff if tired. Lift heavy as you can, and look at the bigger picture

Thanks for the advice fellas. TBH I never have more than a few days off other than for holidays or injury, and I have been full steam ahead throughout the cycle, and it's just these last couple of weeks that the motivation has decreased. Yeah, I really don't think that my weights are likely to increase now, nor do I feel I can even maintain the weights I am lifting (I'm trying not to have a negative attitude, which I know can affect performance, but I do feel I am being realistic) Been advised to have a week off after PCT to let my body recover, which I do plan to do, but i reckon changing reps and exercises will be the only thing that'll keep the motivation up.
