Eph how intense cardio?

Hey guys just a quick question on eph and cardio. I normally have quite intense cardio sessions HIIT or Tabata training and I am trying to get rid of that last bit of stubborn fat. But if i take some ECA and do my normal cardio i dont wanna have a heart attack or something because of the level of intensity combined with ECA Should i just subsititute with steady state? cheers. Edit: I thought i would add a bit of meat to this for context. I am 26, play rugby weekly and have a decent level of fitness.

I am by no means an expert but have recently embarked on a similar journey having done a tonne of research. It would be interesting to see exactly what your HIIT and Tabata workouts look like together with their frequency and your other activity. I started my ECA almost 2 weeks ago with one dose (dose as recommended in the ECA thread) per day for the first 5 days to check tolerance/sides etc then upped it to twice per day. I am not sure whether I'll be upping to the 3 dose per day limt as suggested in the thread but it is an option. Re training, as my goal is similar to yours I am following a strict cutting diet (similar to the article found in the articles section of this site entitled 'Cutting vs bulking: Losing Body Fat Whilst Gaining Quality Muscle), maintaining my weights routine 5 times per week and have increased my cardio significantly doing something 6 days per week. Re my cardio, I do not do any ss it is all HI and a mixture of HIIT including Tabata, spinning, barbell complex circuits and mma workouts and touch wood I have not had any problems apart from feeling knackered. My suggestion is that you start with one dose and see how you get building up gradually. Assuming your fit and healthy and based on my experience you will be fine carrying on with your HIIT whilst on ECA.
