I agree with terry on this, when you watch/compete in the top british events most of the events are different,
The ones that are the same are set out differently to WSM for example in UKSM they do deadlift just like WSM does but in UKSM you go for max weight for 1 rep and WSM for example deadlifting the car they go for as many reps as possible
I know the british organisers are doing a great job but they need to start closing the gap so britain has a chance at WSM
