Its a fat burner so should help whether your a low or highish bf% imo. Maybe cut a few weeks without it to lower bf abit then add in when your at a low bf and results may be more visible.
You ever used ECA or eph cap?

As distributors for RPN I would like to add that it is definitely preferable to use eviscerate at a slightly lower bodyfat percentage because it is designed to address stubborn fat, which, by definition, is that which you will struggle to burn normally.
