Option 1
The deluxe service involves completely mapped out nutrition for 6, 8 (or more) weeks, by way of detailed day-by-day meal plans covering all aspects of nutrition. Reviews are as frequently as required. This package has full telephone/email support as required. Price is £175 for the initial 6 weeks or £210 for the initial 8 weeks (payable in instalments). Option 2
If the deluxe service is more than required, a cheaper but still in depth service is available. By way of a questionnaire and detailed assessment we will compile a sample diet routine to suit your goals. Then we'll see how you've progressed after a few weeks, then again a few weeks later, and with advice adapted accordingly. The cost of this is just £79.00
Option 3
Alternatively we offer the same service as option 2 but with the 7 days of the week completely mapped out for you. The cost of this is £99.00

Alongside any of the nutrition packages should you require a fully tailored weight training and/or cardio plan then our team of personal trainer and fitness experts can devise personalised plans
