I just wanted to add that currently the only supplements I am taking is a protein shake first thing in the morning and post workout, omega 3, 6 & 9 and a multivitamin.

Just finished my last tub of creatine which was not that great  (H & B) just looking for a new creatine supp to take, Have used Methoxy 7 before was very good but didnt detail the log, currently using PHD pharma gain and some No Xplode to get the workouts done.

I would like to test the Creatine if possible,
I have used Creatine before but encountered stomach pains and the cons outweighed the pro's

I'm 37, male, been training for about 19 years (weights, run, mtb, recently skiing), keep a controlled diet, and used to keeping accurate records and testing (I'm an ISEB certified tester if that helps).

count me in id be happy to try any of the supps but the pwo would be great been off for months now and the motivation in the gym is had to come by at the min.
