Has anyone used them? they seem to be getting quite popular in the US and are supposed to be great for forearm building! http://www.ultimategrip.co.uk/category-31.html?gclid=CMv_hrri1K0CFWQntAodXiPPmw

Just bought a set due to having arms like pipe cleaners!
Used them for the first time today for back/biceps and used them on cable low row, 1 arm dumbell rows, barbell curls and seated dumbell curls.

Result - forearms felt pumped to fook but the curling took a weight drop slightly but i am going to stick with them

And i just bought them direct from Fatgripz (despatched from UK) and they were only £31 all in !

I reviewed them for Ultimate grip and liked them a lot. Not sure if they are supplements...

Was thinking of trying them out. Forearms definitely are my weak link.

Getting some of these. Forearms are large anyway but anything that works them harder can only be a good thing.

Seem a little expensive for that they are, approx 30 notes for plastic handles. Any alternative item that does the same job for less?

Gaffer tape + sponge. But they aren't plastic but rubber. The price is an indication of the TAX and that they are imported from the US. Unfortunately not in vast quantities.

I personally don't think they are bad value now I have them. They look like they will last forever and are so easy to apply/remove from the bar so no faffing about with other DIY options!

Even in the US they are around $40 so little difference with or without import tax!

Buy them from the US then. Let us know if you get hit with any charges here when they arrive.
