Just bought a set due to having arms like pipe cleaners!
Used them for the first time today for back/biceps and used them on cable low row, 1 arm dumbell rows, barbell curls and seated dumbell curls.

Result - forearms felt pumped to fook but the curling took a weight drop slightly but i am going to stick with them

And i just bought them direct from Fatgripz (despatched from UK) and they were only £31 all in !

But they aren't plastic but rubber. The price is an indication of the TAX and that they are imported from the US. Unfortunately not in vast quantities.
