Fat burners pre workout

Hi. Im currently cutting and recently purchased a bottle of Shredabull. I tried it for a few days taking as reccommended, but i just cant deal with the sweats or energy while at work. Ive decided to start just taking 1 tab 20 mins before workout. Am i going to see any benefits doing this or more of a placebo affect? Thanks.

The odd time I tried a fat burner, I noticed increased heart rate and I sweat far more. Both are a plus when looking to cut fat. Is it possible to change the time you train even?

Terry_Tibbs88 Am i going to see any benefits doing this or more of a placebo affect? Even if it is placebo, if taking it increases your vigour/stamina/power then it is "working". Fat burners pe se don't burn fat (some do very marginally, but not noteworthy). The good ones do what I have described above. This increase in workload is responsible for any increased rate of fat loss, not directly the product itself.

i normally take my pre workout as its a non stim with my fat burner but it all depends wat pre and burner your using if your using thermopure (mp) with something like jacked i would really becareful or just take your fat burner 30mins before and pre 10mins before i dont think it should efect you to much

I felt it may have boosted my fat loss, i didnt recognise any energy off it though. The recommeded dosage i 3 caps daily, what your dosing protocol atm mate? is it just the 1 cap that is giving you too much energy and making you sweat? Try taking a tab every few hrs, eg 8am/12pm/3pm.
