Hi all , just wondering I'm on a fat loss diet , but would like to increase my strength , I was stronger than the guys training with me but there on celltech hardcore and they have increased in strength , it's full of sugar so defo not for me , any recommendations , being in a wheelchair i find it important to keep up as I hate falling behind

    Bulk creatine mono from any of the bulk suppliers (Ironscience, MP, BP etc)

      I would begin with a simple creatione monohydrate.  5g per day every day and see how you get on.

        mono is best or creatine gluconate if got a bit money spare

          Creatine mono, 5g per day  - i wouldnt waste money on any celltech or other expensive creatines
           
          at the end of the day its just creatine and dosent really do much tbh, a lot of people look at it as the holy grail for some reason

              mate you wont see a massive difference anyway I dont notice to much on or off it to be honest as said id just go for bulk mono have some dextrose with it make it faster .
               
              Its cheap and as effective as most other creatines
