Fat loss routine

Hi guys Im starting to get my diet sorted out with the help of the information on the forum, my diet will be high in protein and low in fats and carbs etc. I have been training for a while now but have usually focused on 2 muscles per training session at the gym and usually go to the gym 3 days per week. I usually have 3 days in the week for cardio and one rest day. What is a good routine to employ in the gym for fat loss? I have read about a full body workout and have searched the forum for it but have never found a thread that makes it simple to understand.

First of all your on the right tracks as get your diet in order. Increase reps, decrease the rest in between sets. Cardio - HIIT training give it a go
