Hi everyone,
Im currently 14 stone and im 6ft
My goal is to lose fat while maintaining as much muscle as possible,just want to check everything is in place to do that
Diet
B'fast 40g oats,1.5 scoops of whey,skimmed milk blended
2 slices burgen bread toasted with butter/marg
Snack Chicken breast
Lunch Chicken breast,salad,2 spoons olive oil
Snack Scoop of whey
Dinner either chicken stir fry or chicken and veg
2 fish oil caps taken with main meals and multi vit also taken,drink min 3 pints water per day
dont normally eat after that as i train late and have a shake after training
training consists of 4 x full body workouts with an hours sscv after
Am i on the right lines,anyone advise?
