Hi everyone,
Im currently 14 stone and im 6ft
My goal is to lose fat while maintaining as much muscle as possible,just want to check everything is in place to do that
 
Diet
B'fast   40g oats,1.5 scoops of whey,skimmed milk blended
            2 slices burgen bread toasted with butter/marg
 
Snack   Chicken breast
 
Lunch   Chicken breast,salad,2 spoons olive oil
 
Snack   Scoop of whey
 
Dinner  either chicken stir fry or chicken and veg
 
2 fish oil caps taken with main meals and multi vit also taken,drink min 3 pints water per day
 
dont normally eat after that as i train late and have a shake after training
training consists of 4 x full body workouts with an hours sscv after
 
Am i on the right lines,anyone advise?

    if that is your starting position i think it is very harsh...it wont leave much room to manourve (sp?) when your fat loss stalls. it also does nt look very appealing.  

    Eat Fat or carbs in each meal

    Eat fruit and or veg in each meal

    Not eating after your work out, no matter what the time is criminal in my opinion

    You might to try timing your carbs in the morning, pre and post wo 

    Use a variety of foods ... eg for protein use eggs, steak, fish, pork, turkey etc  

    mix up the sscc with interval training as while

    all IMO

      What's the EPA & DHA content of your fish oil caps? I take it you're taking 6 caps per day (if you count B'fast as a main meal).
      Apart from the lack of food variety, you'll live!

      1) DON'T PANIC! 2) Assumption is the mother of all cock-ups. 3) Where's the omega-3 fat?
