Hi everyone. Sean here, new member. I found this forum looking for information about strongman training for beginners and thought it was great. I used to be fit and healthy, but injury, shifts and laziness took its toll. I started dieting last june and lost 2 1/2 stone by eating well. Now I need to start training again. There's a gym in work I am taking advantage of, and have exploited the Holland & Barratt 1p sale; It's not maximuscle or PhD stuff, but their own Typhoon and Creatine, still £120 worth for £60 ... can't go wrong. Anyway, I'm sure everyone will get to know more as I go. Sean
