            Yes i've just had a look at that thread.

            Actually I was supporting you, that's the thing about taking a quote out of context you don't really get the right intention. So to think you've held on to that misinterpretation for four years while I was oblivious is quite something. Sorry if you took that to be offensive, that wasn't my intention. I thought it would have been quite clear that I had good intentions to help, at least I thought it would have been clear.

                                    Haha looked into why this was feeling so hard, I was supposed to set my squat/deadlift weight at the same or perhaps slightly below my current max... instead I set it 15kg heavier! Well **** it, perhaps i'll keep it going.

                                      Bagged it after that, seemed funny at the time but it's not a good idea to base your cycle max 15kg over what it actually is.
