Yes i've just had a look at that thread. Actually I was supporting you, that's the thing about taking a quote out of context you don't really get the right intention. So to think you've held on to that misinterpretation for four years while I was oblivious is quite something. Sorry if you took that to be offensive, that wasn't my intention. I thought it would have been quite clear that I had good intentions to help, at least I thought it would have been clear.

Sunday 6th June - Week 2 Squats - 100kg x 5 120kg x 4 140kg x 3, 3 160kg x 2, 2, 2, 2, 2 Paused Bench Press - 70kg x 5 85kg x 4 100kg x 3, 3 115kg x 3, 3, 3, 3, 3 Banded Flye's - 5x10 Push Ups - 5x10 Paused Squats - 90kg x 3, 3 110kg x 3, 3 120kg x 2, 2, 2, 2 Good Mornings - 60kg x 5, 5, 5, 5, 5 Very rough, but as long as I keep throwing myself under the bar the weights not really a problem.

Friday 11th June Squats - 100kg x 5 120kg x 4 140kg x 3, 3 160kg x 2, 2, 2, 2, 2 Tea break Squats - 100kg x 5 120kg x 5 140kg x 4, 4, 4 End of the second week. Sore and fatigued going in, afterwards I had absolutely nothing left. I've never worked this hard before.

Haha looked into why this was feeling so hard, I was supposed to set my squat/deadlift weight at the same or perhaps slightly below my current max... instead I set it 15kg heavier! Well **** it, perhaps i'll keep it going. Sunday 13th June Paused Bench Press - 70kg x 5 85kg x 4 100kg x 3, 3 115kg x 3, 3, 3, 3, 3, 3 Banded Flye's - 5x10 Push Ups - 5x10 A day off did me the world of good, felt strong today.

Monday 14th June Squats - 80kg x 5 100kg x 5 120kg x 4 155kg x 2, 2 Bagged it after that, seemed funny at the time but it's not a good idea to base your cycle max 15kg over what it actually is. That came back to bite me in the arse today. Hopefully an easy session (or two) should allow me to get back on track in the next few days.

Sunday 20th June Paused Bench Press - Upto 140kg x 1 PR! Squat - Upto 190kg x 1 Sunday 20th June - PM Paused Bench Press - Upto 100kg x 3, 3, 3 Sumo Deadlifts - Upto 220kg x 1 Woohoo! A PR in the Bench but more importantly the hamstring feels good, bodyweight is down to 86kg, that'll come down a little more in the next few weeks.
