Few questions........ 06 February 2012 11:18 (permalink)
Hi guys,

Quick question. Currently on WC TNT Mast 400. Good diet ( low carb, high protein ), lifting heavy 4x per week and 40mins cross trainier minimum per day. Plus 4 hours of sport a work.

Stats-
5'8 , 14.6 stone. Aged 25. BF around 15%
4th cycle. ( previously ran Test 500 x2, then TNT 450 x 2)

I want to know..........

Is my cardio enough currently for cutting? or should i be aiming for 60 mins per day?
Would you use a supplement whilst on this such as Whey protein? If so which type? Without posting up my full diet i know its hard for you to advise, just looking for a genural answer please guys.

Many thanks

It all depends how you are currently doing mate, if your current diet/cario routine is dropping weight and bf at the required amount, then you are doing enough, if it isn't coming off, then you need to adjust diet intake downover or increase cardio expenditure.
Protein shakes are only needed if you aren't getting enough in to support muscle mass during calorie restriction from solid food sources, most will use some form of shakes during cutting phases but again how much depends what you are currently getting mate.
