Fabby walk this am, and again tonight. Stairmaster domination and taking stepping queen crown will have to wait an evening as DOMS in legs was just too painful! Which is great! A while since I've beasted myself this badly! Gonna pop over to trumpet blowing thread in a mo, as I went up to 12kg DB's on my SLDL (from 10's) OOooWWWEEEeee, s'great!
Mark wanted to come out with me tonight but I told him to bog off, he's soOo unfit at mo he'd go far too slow and I told him I would leave him and then he's be upset so best he went for a swim!
Quick stretch, quater turns n compulsorys & shower & then eggs n oats & bed!

Ooo, forgot to say too, that one of the guys was leaving today & I was charged with buying the card+gift.
I know the lads all like their 3/4pm sugar rush so I went to tesco & bought 3 crispy creme doughnuts for them, and then had a herbal T myself
Not that I actually wanted one, cos getting a washboard stomach is waaaaay more what I want!
& from memory they taste really fatty & greasy in your mouth, it's just the thought of them I love & the sweetness of the glaze.

Same show as Weshy just diff class, Centrals 25th July, St Albans, she's Figure I, more than likely, am Physique.
Also hoping to do the Northerns a week later as I mayaswell being ready, hopefully, and I'm in Manchester that w/e, and know quite a few people who are going. Def be there even if not on stage.

Washboard abs are still a dream for me, train them prob 2x's a week with weighted crunches.

AM cardio much better with long-johns under joggers, nice & toasty! 
& feel MEGA slim again this am, was soOo bloated last night.

Feel a but yuk this am, my monthleis that I haven't seen since March have arrived GGgggRrrrr, so maybe did contribute to Monday?! So at mo that's a 45 day cycle?! but at least should mean not a show time. It'll prob only last a couple of days & better this w/e than next as that's my anniversary Paris night!
Anyway I digress better get out for Friday morning walkies!

GGggRRrr, the one day flick txtxs to say she could be on a train on my way home & I'm working in Weybridge!!??!!
Was kinda needed in weybridge for work but them Mark & decided to go clubbing...So working in weybridge meant I could be at work for 8am rather than on train and with no lunch break, as such, I was able to leave 3.45
Just had a shake wih my pre-WO espressos' in, off for chest n Bis + 45 stairmaster then back for eggs n oats, couple hours kip then off dancing, free entry on guest-list b4 11pm. Will stck to red-bull, hope they have the diet, and will seperate some eggs ready for return so when I have munchies I go for an authorised meal!
Mark's a bitova bedroom DJ, unfortunately the techniks are under the stairs at mo but he used to do a 2hour fortnightly slot for an on-line radio station; SS radio, and a couple of the guys are DJ-ing 2nite, 5 mins up the hill at Bar Noir, 85-95 house, just our era, so can't really miss it!
I've even got myself some shiny footless tights to wear! Will try & post a photo, those of you FB-ers will see later.

& no longer feeling foxy, just exhausted
Woke up sat am with a mega sore throat, mark said he had got up at 5 cos I was snoring soOo loudly! So I was hoping throat was just that, but alas, I have the lurgy
Prob had double carbs I shuld've and no gym or cardio yesterday or today .
My psycotic schedule is difficult enough to keep up with when I feel tiptop, just feel like I've fallen apart and lost my chance to be in any kind of condition for Centrals now. If I push and get back to schedule, I my put myself completely out of the game.
But I was ready to put weights in my backpack and increase cardio intensity and really gung ho b4 this. And changes to diet are interesting, wanted to get 3lb this week.
Mondays are becoming a real problem eh!?
Finished work early, as I was going to give some really bad pension advice if I stayed! About to run a bath and get back on it tomorrow.

First things first, get the thought that you won't make it out of your head as you will convince yourself and end up sabotaging all the good work you've done so far. You are not behind schedule as it is, you are where I thought you would be so as long as you don't go silly in Paris you'll be fine. Secondly, forget about training today and if necessary tomorrow but keep the diet as it should be and there should be minimal effect. Drink plenty water and rest.

Feeling pretty pleased with myself, whilst I caved to extra carbs yesterday I could've done again today & didn't. Have stuck to the plan all day.
Not sure how I feel at mo, bitova headache, but think I would feel better getting up and going for a walk in the morning rather than not, not that I'm gonna break any records but I totally think that it does help my body heal itself.

Managed to get Mark to join me tonight tho! We didn't break any records but kept a decent pace for 1hr 20mins ish, was nice, just enough/ what I needed.
Not sure bout am cardio this week tho, think I need the sleep/ rest.
