              Not a lot to report since weigh in, but thought I should pop in.
              Just back from gym, as 'someone' slept in and the place is in darkness, everyone stood around outside, bollox! I'm just not prepared for walking outside and have such limited time. Hey ho, had great leg and shoulder sesh yesterday, ps have started a TROG rather than posting here in journal.

                      Good back n bis tonight, not great, felt a bit short, but was in 45-60 mins, did some abs and malika butt busters too and managed 8 reps at lat pull down
                      Diet sopt on again and 20 mins stairmaster this am, weigh in tomorrow

                              Like kitty says, we're not just up for hte well done stuff, when you need us we'll pick you up... :-)

                              Having said that, when I text Chrissie to moan I didn't wanna exercise yday (was feeling hormonal), she said 'If you don't want to, you can't make yourself'... Not vair helpful! I neeeded a kick up the tushy! But nice to have sympathy :-D

                                Yeh feeling really good at mo.I'm getting away with a lot in my diet with the SW, so I'm gonna roll with it and take advantage while it's working/ getting results. Cod time will be here before I know it I'm sure!??! (don't actually know wot the cod at breakfast is all about, lol!) and then I willno doubt need a 'little' boosting along aka kick up the deriere!

                                Late post due to waiting up for sis, hubby and neice Elsa (9mnth) coming to visit 4 w/e frm manchester. M42 (I think) was closed and the diversion sent them back north! So it has taken longer than expected! But Elsa asleep so she's not fussed!
                                I'm off 2morrow and had planned usual 6am stairmaster,still can but see howI feel, not like I've got a stressful day 2morrow if I'm tired. Massage at 9am maybe walk around windsor park in afo and give blood at 5.

                                  Ok - now time for the bollocking - be careful with 'getting away with stuff' with SW. When you DO have to do a bodybuilding diet, you'll have to get your head around the fact that you CAN'T do that!                                     Had a great w/e with sis, brother-in-law and 10mth old neice visiting, BUT terrible w/e for diet, I havn't been that drunk and hung over in prob a year! No more big events for rest of year tho, so definitely gonna kick some butt and reign in my 'getting away with it's.
                                    Not gonna stay to meeting with SW wed, gonna get weighed but then get to gym for extra cardio sesh!
