29/30 A good day. Diet 'bob on' to elfintan-phrase. Half hearted back n bis this morning, was lifting decent enough weight & did all my sets n that, but just wasn't flying like new legs n chest & tri WO's. Can't wait to get new B&B next Fri. Cardio tomorrow. Off to bed with 1/2 a CNP protein bar & a cuppa to watch a couple episodes of lost.......no plot spoilers please we're only on the 2nd series rmbr, lol! xx

Hi fifi - looks like things are going really well ;o)) Just curious - what are your timings for your preWO, postWO and breakfast meals? and how much whey do you use in your PWO shake?, and i assume your rice is weighed after cooking?

Tan how could you think such a thing!??! It was a cnp protein bar which is a lot lower in carbs than a flapjack, I would only have a flapjack as an am snack if I was caught short out shopping on a sat am or something. I need something solid in the pm tho as I like the cuppa, so egg whites would work also, only got 1 bar left anyhoo & not that fond of them, so won't be getting any more! I shud try the egg whites with lemon & sweetener eh? that'd go with T & I did say I've got a box of ProPudding sat there! Hi Annie, thanx for checking in on me preWO - 5.45am (cnp whey) postWO - 7am (cnp propeptide) Breakii - 8.45am (cnp whey) 20g whey each (well, 1 scoop of the scoops that come with them, approx 20g I think) Yes rice weight is after cooking, just easier for me to work out. xx

01/02 Friday night was my company’s new year ball at the chancery hotel in London. S’a gorgeous place & the food was fantastic. How the chef managed to cater for 150 & all of us had a really nicely pink medium rare piece of beef, when proceedings ran ocer by half an hour??!?? Very impressive, we struggle to produce it for 2 in our own kitchen! Didn’t have any nibbles, had 1 glass of champagne & 1 large glass of red. Meal was avocado & tomato salad to start, the beef with a jus (gravy to you & me, lol!) & mash, but only about 2 tblsp which was a relief, I find mash hard to resist & I did have the pudding of chocolate mouse. This is good progress for me as I would normally have had A LOT more to drink & a lot more pre-dinner nibbles. Sat: Oat (46g)+egg white omelette (2+1) with spring onions, toms & 30g low fat cheese Cottage cheese on toast 6 oysters & soup with 70g cooked chicken Fish n chips - homemade: I had poached haddock Mark had breaded, I had 125g oven chips mark had ?a lot!? With mushy peas. Cottage cheese on toast Sun: Did Legs + 30 min cardio PreWO: 20g whey in water with espresso + 23g oats made with water+dash skim milk&honey Breakii: 46g oats made with water+dash skim milk&honey+2tblsp seeds + 20g whey in water with espresso Snack: 100g CC on toast Dinner: Roast chicken dinner Snack: 100g CC on toast So feel quite good about progress in exerting my will power, both on Fri night & also Sat with the fish n chips. Chest n Tris in the morning & spin pm. xx

WooHoo!!! I lost 8lb this month! Well chuffed. Just goes to show it does work when you stick to the diet 7 days out of 7 rather than 5, hehe! And that was having a week out with cold, so hopefully with a full month I can do it again. 5th Jan 7th Feb Weight 12 8 12 -8 Waist 37 35 -2 Abdomen 41.25 38.75 -2.5 Hips 42 41.25 -0.75 Bum 42.75 41.25 -1.5 Thighs(top) 25.25/26 24.75/25.5 -0.5/-0.5 Quad 19.75/20.75 19.5/20 -0.25/-0.75 No photos as yet, can’t be arsed to try & load them! & have to take them, may try to pin hubby down (to take photos hehe!) later, but he’s busy working. Macros for week: Protein Carbs Fat Kals Sun - Legs & 30min cardio 177.9 127.5 41.4 1613 1st Mon - AM - Chest+Tris 179.1 136.4 44.9 1694 Tues - AM Cardio 187.6 116 52.8 1701 Wed - AM Cardio+PM spin 191.5 114.9 45.5 1669 Thurs - Off 163.6 96 49.3 1490.5 Fri - AM Back+Bis 174.9 150.3 40.8 1700 Sat - Off 159.6 126.7 29.5 1383.5 Thinking about popping along to Monster Gym next Sat for BNBF meet as is only an hour down road. Be good to meet Annie & some other more like minded folks, don’t want to be only girl tho, have emailed Annie at gym to sus out. Had phenomenal WO this morning upped leg press from 3x50kg (7 reps) to 1x50, 1x70, 1x90!! (& then 1x50 for 25 reps). Felt fine aswell! Was holding back as I then move to the power plate & didn’t want to fall off again at end of sess! But will up weights again next week. Upped squat also, but not by anything significant, but it’s an increase non-the-less I guess. Tan-s’good to know I’ll be able to get my frappe fix when I come to seminar!
