Youve probably all seen a million of these just need some quick advice. If you have a link that may be useful that be awesome.
 
Looking to do my first course, currently have been advised on two courses
 
1 - Omnidren, a shot every third day, for 12 weeks. Very simple, supposedly very effective.
 
2 - Two shots of propianate, one shot of masteron, and one shot of equipose each week.
 
GOALS
muscle gain, as few side effects(particularly with regard to mood, and acne) as possible.
 
Age : 22
Weight : 14 stone
Height : 6 foot
Years training : 5 (last 6 months off, looking to get back into it and start a course soon)

    out of the 2 cycles i'd go with ormna's. IMO first cycles should consist of 1 compound alone. add different meds in later cycles mate. get used to 1 compound at a time buddy

      If you've had 6 months off training then forget the gear and get back to the training.

          Cheers guys.

          Yep, am a couple weeks into strength training to get back into it, am re gaining alot of my old size, but am just talking in a couple of months will want to start a course, so would be wondering whats best as a first course.

                aye it is when ya have more than 6months training under ya belt and have pushed ya body to its full genetic potential. You should be still gaining naturally if you only have six months training under your belt

                as for test is best
                 
                personally wouldnt recommend test to a 22 year old should have enuf natty test

                  Not 500mg in the system per week.

                  Test is still the best
                  Squat: 363kg

                  Bench: 195kg

                  Deadlift: 300kg

                  @ (currently 114kg)

                      You dont have to be training for months or years to gain from a cycle.
                      Do it if you feel right.

                      Everyone told me i hadnt been training long enough and that i was still gaining naturally etc etc but i did a course of 250mg test e for 12 weeks and gained a stone (gained over a stone but shed some of that pct)
                      Ive managed to maintain that stone over the past year and will be doing another cycle.

                      Im sticking with 250mg test and adding dianabol.

                      You dont have to go crazy with the gear, i personally felt 500mg a week was ott for me.
                      Also, as above stick with one drug at a time otherwise if you have any sides you wont know the cause.
                      I was fine on test but nolva pct made me very ill so im using aromasin this time round.
