First Cycle PCT advice.

Hi, after a decent amount of research I am thinking of running IBE Epistane for my first cycle on PH's. I would like some experienced opinions on how my PCT looks and whether everything is in order. 
 
2 weeks pre cycle - hawthorn berries extract + Milk thistle
 
Cycle : Epi 20/30/30/40
with Cycle Assist. 
Multi vitamins. 
(taurine on hand if needed) 
 
PCT: Nolva 20/20/10/10 
DAA
CEL PCT on hand also. 
 
How does this look? Any input would be appreciated! Thanks.

Also - I would be taking Glucosamine during. 

Nolva on its own would be enough for a mild compound like EPI.
No need to pre-load milk thistle, just hawthorn berry.

i prefer Liv52 personally - milk thistle gives me the sh1ts - just my 2pence worth

Cheers for the advice guys. So there is no need to take either DAA or PCT assist? Is there any risk involved in taking them anyway? 

Given the relative low cost I woudl include D-AA

Ok, thanks. So for PCT I think I'll just used Nolva 20/20/10/10, D-AA throughout and drop the PCT assist. 
 
Would you say the cycle as a whole looks solid now? 

PCT does the cycle is not great - Epi needs 5-6 weeks tbh as it is slow to start and I would recommend dosing 30-40mg all the way through, 20mg is quite low this this on a solo run.

Yeah forget the first week at 20mg, its pointless. If you can only do 90 caps, start at 30mg and continue at this dose.

I've just done an epi cycle and found it worked best at 40mg perday for 6 weeks.

Pct looks fine.

would opt for 6 weeks rather than 4
