Guys I need help and advice, Im entering my first show in May and have started dieting and easing cardio in. Ive got help and advice around me but its starting to conflict........... apparently my carbs are too low, I will post my daily diet, if they are too low, what can or should I do ???? Its a mine field
Age - 35, Height 6ft, Weight 214lbs, apparently Im carrying 37lbs of fat and need to loose 2lbs a week, the diet is below, PLEASE HELP !!!! PROTEIN AVE 300g CARB AVE 200g FAT AVE ???? but quite minimal none added
So my diet is as follows
Cardio 30 mins empty stomach
Meal 1
50g Myofushion and half cup porridge oats, vit c, mutli vit creatine, glutimine BCAA's and codliver oil
Meal 2
Tuna/chicken/steak and sweet potato and green veg
Meal 3
as meal 2
Meal 4
As meal 2 +3
TRAIN
Meal 5
50g Myofushion & uber 35g Uber Oats BCAA and 8pieces of Haribo
Meal 6
Steak and green veg
Bedtime - Myofushion 25g
Middle of night 3am 25g Myofushion
Cardio is currently 4 times a week as is my GYM......
