First Hdrol Cycle

Well im 21 and weight 185lbs. Iv been training for around 3 years now and im looking for something to break me through this plateu im stuck in.

Iv done ne cycle before not of Hdrol but of "Pro Anabol" i was very naive and used no cycle support, no PCT, nothing.

This time i have decided i will take as much precaution as i can so far i have planned:

2 Hdrol Caps per day
4 Cycle Assist caps per day
Then continue to use the cycle assist as my PCT.

However as i want to take all precautions nessacery what other supplements could i take to avoid stuff like:

High Blood Pressure
Gyno
Lack of sex drive
Testicles shrinking

there are also OTC PCT products you can use aswell you might want to look into but i would try to get a SERM just incase

I am not a big fan of SERM's - mostly the view they are essential is outdated and ignores many side effects they are proven to cause. You should read the following for a more balanced view of their effects.

Check the posting by the guy whose eyesight has been permanently damaged by use of SERM's. Not something I can ever recall seeing in anyone using supplements.

milk thistle will be in your cycle assist, you could add a test booster to your pct rahter than horny goat weed

so for a 6 week cycle of h-drol would the following OCT PCT be ok?

-Milk thistle (through cycle and PCT)
-Lean extreme (week 1-4)
-Activate extreme (week 3-7)

I'm not a fan of using OTC AI's as opposed to SERMS.  They have not been around as long as SERMS and have not been studied in as much detail, hence why they are not proven to cause anything....thay have to be reseaeched first.

They can be, and are used quite commonly and many seem to get along fine.  I personally would go with a SERM if you can source it, although there are many OTC AI products that do a decent job

Lean extreme  - described as a cortisol reducer not a test. raiser. Use is debatable.
Activate extreme - decribed as a Test. raiser.

No, not really. You want a targeted estrogen blocker such as a supplement based around:

ATD
6-Bromo
Resveratrol

Or better still, all three. This would come first along with the lean xtreme. Activate Xtreme will elevate test of course but you also need something acting to reduce estrogen post cycle. Hope that helps explains it further.

As you are intent on consistently posting this view, I will continue to challenge you on the known vs unknown safety profile of serms and otc pct products, as also touched upon quite rightly by Daari above.

We've been through all this numerous times, and I'm sure we'll go through the same every single time I see this sort of unbalanced posting by yourself.

I think that as a basic option it will do the job for most people.

In terms or SERM vs. OTC.....I think Hdrol is relatively mild, and out of all those you could want to do an OTC PCT on, that'd be a good choice.

Lots of logs on the US forums from those just running OTC PCT, I'd have a flick through those and see how it went for them before making a PCT decision.

Cycle Assist will more than cover you for on cycle support as it includes:

- Milk Thistle (liver)
- Hawthorne Berry (blood pressure)
- Saw Palmetto (prostate)

However I'd also advice avoiding alcohol whilst on cycle as your liver will be under stress already from the methylated Hdrol - and drink LOTS of water, imo 3-4 litres a day. This is a nice, simple step to make the cycle safer :)

Would u say investing in cycle (The cycle being h-drol/ 6 weeks/ 75mg ED) support during the cycle is a good investment.

also would u run anything along side inhibit-e during PCT.

cycle support is a good product, IME.

I personally see benefit from adding a cortisol antagonist in PCT, although others would disagree.  Even though inhibit-e as a standalone would suffice

My guess is that it will be every possible product under the sun. He won't say on the board as he will face stiff opposition from me wanting credible data to support such a pct. This data has been requested several times and is to date still outstanding.  Make of that what you will.
