First cycle - Test E 500mg 1-12 - PCT

Ok, after many hours of surfing the boards and trying to decide on whether to use HCG for a first cycle or not and what type of PCT protocol to use I have decided to roll with this:
 
Test E 1-12 @ 500mg pw (250mg Monday + Thursday)
Arimidex 1-12 @ 0.5mg EOD
HCG 3-12 @ 1000iu pw (500iu Monday + Thursday)

PCT (2 weeks after last Test E jab)
Day 1 - Clomid @ 100mg (50mg 08:00am, 50mg 20:00pm), 40mg nolva
4 weeks - Clomid @ 50mg ed, 20mg nolva ed

look good to me.. i use clom at 200-300mg for the first 5 days or so. and after a week. do i drop it down to 50mg ed.
 
i think 250iu x 2 times a week of hcg will do the job. but nothing wrong about doing what u say.

Are you gyno prone? If not then drop the arimidex and just have some nolva to hand.

Again why hcg, with a basic test cycle this shouldn't really be necessary all it will really do is stop your nuts shrinking it will keep your htpa ticking over but you don't get shut down as hard with test on its own as opposed to the more complicated cycles.

Imho as its your first course I'd say just run the test and keep things simple, it's easy to get paranoid and over do the meds but you just need to get the first course under your belt and get a feel for how your body reacts.

You will feel the onset of gyno so will be able to react accordingly so don't worry.

Looks like a decent first cycle to me although agree with minger above, I wouldn't use the Arimidex unless required and don't think you would need HCG. I also think 8 to 10 weeks is long enough for a first cycle TBH.

@Sustanon - If I decide to run HCG I think ill use 250iu instead as 500 seems a little high for a first cycle

@Minger/Bigfella - I believe I will be gyno prone as I have some minor puberty gyno from when I was a major stoner and I hold alot of water retention naturally (I bloat up alot from carbs especially). Perhaps your right though I just need to drop the AI and potentially the HCG and see how I respond to just Test to get a feel? As I know HCG can create even more estrogen and if I get sides I won't know exactly what is causing it. I've just heard so many horror stories about recovery and don't want the balls to shrink to the size of raisins. Additionally, Im VERY interested in keeping my gains and heard in order to keep the most HCG is necessary even on your 1st cycle. What do you reckon?

@Bigfella -  Why would you recommend 10 weeks test e instead of 12? Because the gains don't come in until around week 5 surely its better to have 7 weeks of crazy gains instead of 5?!

Don't worry about recovery mate, you will be fine, just keep the cals pumping in during pct and don't be temped to diet.

Test starts working within hours of its admin mate and gains can and should be made well before week 5 mate. 3 months for a first cycle is too long IMHO.
