First cycle Test E

Hi, gonna start my first cycle. I'm 28, 6ft tall and 83kgs. I have been working out non stop for around 3 years going at least 4 or 5 times a week. Gonna just do a test enanthate 10 week cycle (500mgs per week) followed by a pct (nolvadex + trib). I have arimidex, proviron and nolvadex on hand in case of any unpleasant surprises. Any advice for a first timer? Am I missing anything else I might need?

i'm no expert mate having not done a test cycle yet but i'm 6'3" & have managed to get to 100kg from food only - what's your diet like? I'm doing my first test cycle in march (after my 40th blow out in feb) because i'm no longer growing - if i eat more i get fat!

Any advice for a first timer? Am I missing anything else I might need? That is a good first cycle. My first injectable cycle i did 250mg of test per week and still grew very well. I think you can get decent results on your first cycle with under 500mg per week. Also if you wanted to be mega careful you could always get some HGC in case of shrinkage ( Not everybody shrinks even though they are shutdown). Dave

So what happens if ur testes shrink on a cycle and you don't take HCG, surely they'll return to normal along with test production during/after PCT. Does HCG just speed up the time in which they return to normal size

Does HCG just speed up the time in which they return to normal size Yes it basicaly stops the shrinkage or can return them rapidly when they have shrunk. They will return to normal with a decent PCT but HCG just gives you an extra hand in that department if you use it through your cycle.

TooBiG Looks good mate. I would do 500mg and You don't need HCG for this cycle Good Luck Well I did say if he wanted to be Mega Carefull get some HGC lol. I like to be prepared.

Test E @ 500mg pw, and a spot of Nolva for PCT... your all set I reckon. Let us know how it goes!

I'm doing my first test cycle in march (after my 40th blow out in feb) because i'm no longer growing - if i eat more i get fat! my diet is pretty much plenty of lean chicken, beef, turkey, ham and some fruit & veg throughout the day. Oats and eggs in the morning and a night time protein blend before sleep. Also a fast acting shake when I first wake up in the morning. If I snack its normally on Brazil nuts. Sometimes find myself struggling to force anymore meat down my throat.

EAT LOADS ON THIS CYCLE MATE! LOADS OF GOOD QUALITY FOODS...LOTS OF PROTEIN ..AIM FOR 300-400GRAMS OF PROTEIN A DAY AND LOTS OF GOOD LONG LASTING CARBS. THE MORE YOU EAT. THE MORE YOU WILL GROW AND AS ITS YOUR FIRST CYCLE.. YOU SHOULD GROW LIKE MAD.. SO EAT EAT EAT!!! and if you want your gains to be lean.. drink lots of water.. this flushes sodium out of your body... sodium helps the body to carry water-from the oestrogen.. but if you drink loads you wont store it.. also lay of salt.. that hels too keep bloat of aswell. BEST OF LUCK GYM-FREAK
