First cycle - epistane

How is epi best taken as if I remember correctly it last 6hrs between doses.... i.e is it best taken 10mg every 6 hours (assuming ur doing 40mg a day) or is it best taken pre workout 20mg for example, 10mg afterworkout then another 10mg in 6hrs time... Basically what im asking is how is it best to take it time and dose wise??

Im doing 30mg. On days off I been doing it spaced throughout the day. On training days when I been training about 12pm I been taking 2 before workout and one later on about 8pm

on my first epi cycle
20 mg per day week 1
20 per day week 2
30 mg per day week 3 and 4


there were no differences in week 1 and 2, but defo in week 2 and 4
i put approx 10lbs on, and was defo good clean size
i did eat more, but never felt i was eating too much, and never felt bloated etc....
well, that was all before christmas, then the big freeze hit ireland
been at my girlfriends since as no water and leeks etc.....off work with back injury.,.car in garage for 4 weeks.....one thing after another....
so all the gains have gone....: (
had no side effects what so ever and my mood was slightly better than usual
i will be starting a 30/30/40/40/40 epi with x force in a couple of weeks when my back injury has got better.....

Why go back to Epi for ur 2nd cycle Carl. Try Tren :P.

still got a load of epi left, as i ordered a couple of bottles with a 2nd cycle in mind...

i was just reading a log of someone on epi and they felt the 30/30/40/40 wasnt enough and after a few weeks off, changed the dose to 40//60/80/80  which sounds a lot, but the user did not feel any other side effects, but had a massive increase on routine

i may go for that, and keep a detailed log of everything i do
but going on a course of roaccutane and dont want the epi to inflate my liver blood results, otherwise the derm will take me off roaccutane...

Im on day 11 now. I have noticed with workouts this week that I have been getting a major pump especially in calfs and biceps. My chest Doms have only just cleared from mondays session to so there has also been an increase in that to. My biceps for the first time in a long time are suffering from Doms to, its always been one of those bodyparts for me that only aches for a little after a lay off!
I have still been dosing nolva at 10mg a day and seems to be doing the job. The tenderness finally went away yestaday.
I still have a small lump under my left nipple and noticed with both nipples I seem to have some soft tissue to leading to the sides of both of them... Im not sure if this is water or gyno but not really painful.

To clear up the gyno I have I was considering letro at some point as some say it helps with puberty gyno to.. but it also kills your sex drive and joints etc.. nasty stuff. A friend of mine said he can get me some aromasin I was wondering what this would be like running it alongside epi, maybe in the last week going into PCT in order to help clear up the small lump I do have. He told me that he has been running it with his current cycle and have made 2 large lumps under his nipples shrink in size considerably. Any advice here would be appriciated please.

Nang, have you considered the idea that anabolics are just not for you? You may be one of the minority that are prone to gyno or other side effects?

I ran epi two years ago and the only side effects i had were good ones, big pumps in my back and bis, plus a huge increase in libido...unfortunately there was one other effect, a flare up of genital warts, something I didnt even know I had, and thats whats putting me off doing it again. I really want to, but GW just isnt a good look!

Hiya Guys on my first epistane cycle i stacked it with x - tren

30mg epi - 90 mg tren

I had no sides at all and keep nearly all the gains i gained few kgs and BF% went down slightly, i did no cv just weights which i think i should have done more, i did like 8000mg high omega 3s while on it and milk thistle and that was it.

The worst sides i had was when i just tried M - Drol i couldnt walk, had to stop workouts from back and shin pumps, no appetite, and really bad lethargy. I think m - drol was to harsh for me but epi and tren worked a treat and no gyno signs at all

Crooks, the sides I was getting have now gone. After all it is my first cycle and its something my body is not use to.
There have been positives with the pumps during my workout being unreal etc.. going into week 3 on monday so I will see what happens then.
Not really had anymore problems with the gyno other then the little bit I got at the start of the cycle, a little hard tissue and a some soft tissue. I was going to try the aromasin in order to help reduce some of the gyno I got as a few of my friends said they have run it with cycles and it has helped out and reduced their own.
When the cycle is finished would it be possible for some of the soft tissue to clear on its own?

I can yes. But can get aromasin in person rather then online. From a little reading Aromasin can help reverse gyno like letro still be used on cycle and come without having your sex drive destroyed.

Any thoughts advice?

aromasin will not do much to reverse gyno, but is sufficient for preventing it from occuring in the first place.  Unfortunantly you need to reverse it

I have read some logs on here and some on other forums of people using it and it has reversed it.. As its avaliable to me I was going to give it ago. If it does not work try and find some Letro after.. but im struggliong to find a decent place to get it. Dont know if you can pm me any ideas..

Just a quick update. Finished week 3-4 and gains have been coming. Not really any sides at all other then the little gyno blip I had at the start but ran nolva on the side and stoped it. Feeling maybe a little bit snappy at the moment and sex drive aint as great as it was before the cycle
Not taking nolva anymore though until PCT. (still waiting for the aromasin to try and reverse the little bit of gyno hopefully get it next week so will run it through to the end of week 6 and maybe into PCT, this shouldnt be an issues?
The weights have been going up nicely,and looking leaner, bigger and more vascular. At 199.2lbs now and started at 193 I believe. Not suffered from lethargy or any back pumps though.. Played 90min of football today and extra time and I was fine, calfs felt a little pumped in first half but that went away.
I also ran epi at 40 for week 4 and will do same for final 2 weeks.

For PCT I was going to run reversitol, but as I have nolva was thinking of running this alongside it. Is this worth it?

Im currently 3 days into PCT.. I was just wondering about lean extreme. I have read that people generally take it after 2 weeks of cycle. IS there any harm taking it strait away as I thought cortisol in the first few weeks was very high so would have made more sense?

no harm at all, run it all the way through PCT if you want
