hi guys,
been a member on here for awhile now and have been doing lots of reading up and im wanting to start my first cycle which would look like the following test at 500mg a week for 10/12 weeks with PCT two weeks after last inject, pretty standard first cycle. i was going to try orals but after much reading ive decided not to.
 
my question is that my body fat is 16% and was wondering would it be better to loose as much fat as i could first and then start the cycle or start the cycle then cut?
also ive been looking at getting a tailored diet plan but haven’t got the cash to pay for one and was wondering if anyone would be so kind to help or give me direction?
 
ive got a stag due in july and wanted to look my best :P
 
my stats below:
age:21(22this year)
height:6ft 2                                                                       
weight 95kg
bf%:16
Training 4-5times a week.
long term goal: get bigger
short term: rip up
 
i appreciate that you guys are all busy with your own training so any help would be great.

    I'm about to do the same thing (same course)lol, you're a bit heavier and taller than me though, and I'm getting married in July lol, not my stag do is it ..

    What's your pct like?? And are u taking nolva at 20mg Ed throughout course.

    Im about 15% bf, can see abs and v taper first thing in morning.

    I'd say go for it, test only helps fat loss and muscle building so you'll 'cut up' anyway if your diets spot on.


    My diet at the mo is 25/25/50 fats, carbs, proteins at 2400 calories, I'm only losing about 1-2lbs ever 14 days but I know I've lost a lot of fat and gained muscle due to high protein compared to previously **** diet.

    Chicken breast, peanut butter, banana, steak, protein shakes, cottage cheese and veg and a few oats is what 6 days of my weeks diet consist of. Then I have a day when I eat ****, so I can adjust the amounts. Works for me.

      It is unlikely that test will help you lean out it may in fact make you hold water and look smooth. If your short term goal is to get lean then the primary concern should be your diet and training. At your weight and % of bodyfat I would start at 3000 calories a day (220-240gr pro / 300gr carbs / 50-60gr fat) and weigh myself every week to see if I'm losing weight (1 -1,5 pounds a week). If not I would reduce the carbs by 50gr and as the diet goes on probably by another 50gr. You may also consider doing cardio 3 times a day (best first thing in the morning about 30-40 mins of brisk walk on an empty stomach).
      The main sources of your daily carbohydrates should be: Brown rice, Sweet potatoes, oats, broccoli 
      Protein sources: Turkey breast, chicken breast, lean fish (Cod and so on),  egg whites, cottage cheese and 2 times a week beef or salmon,
      Fats: Since you wont have much fat in your diet if you stick to lean meats you could add natural peanut butter, olive oil to your salad, or fish oil caps
       
      I suggest you look at this website http://nutritiondata.self.com/ 
      There you can find the nutritional profile of all foods so you can see how much chiken/eggs you need to reach your daily 220-40 gr protein for example

        Jesus Christ, who would lose weight on 3000 calories and 300 carbs,
        I'm sure u know more than me and I'm not undermining you, but that sounds an intense amount, suppose everyone's different though

          Energy needs are different for different people which reflects the differences in energy expenditure during the day. I dont know what his life style is like, but if he is burning 2k calories just running around doing his daily job then 3k calories may even be low. So the 3000 calories I suggested are a starting point. He can then start lowering the carbs gradually until he starts losing about 1,5pounds a week and thus find the optimum amount for him.

            hi guys thjanks for your comment there helping me out loads:)
             
            my job is a site foremen so im in and out of the site office but would say its all the phyical! what you would suggest just trying the diet out and change it depends on the progress to find which is the best ballance?
            also your both suggesting that i lose the fat first then think more about gear?
            also with my training shall i just keep it the same but obz add more cardio work out in their?

              I averaged 3200kcals last week and lost 2lbs. That weight loss could be down to water, big stomach empty. Its not necessarily lbm or fat you've lost.

                There's your answer for that one Tebbs, the above poster is eating around 800 calories more than me per day, yet we lost the same amount of weight in a timescale.

                So it really is down to individuals

                  If u check out my thread on this part if the forum called not that impressed.
                  I went through Wat u did but my bf was higher than yours. Got pics on there aswell.
                  Personally of the feedback I got was get down to low teens first and then ass can aid in getting u down sub 10% but it totally depends on itself. I've jus started pct and my diet has changed again.
                  There will be too many trains of thought because Wat might help one may not help you.

                    thanks again for your comments guy, i think my plan is to run the diet and adjust to my own needs till i getrr the ballance right, get body fat % down to around 10% then think about starting the TEST and go from there.

                      Good stuff.
                      Just make sure u adjust your diet accordingly because I'm feeling like s*** on my low carve diet. Kind of burning out. Lol. But I'm gonna push through to get to my goal.
                      Look into test and cytomel aswell. If I could do it again i would've done that with the diet I'm on and i think i would've looked better.
                      Just my opinion, read into it.

                          Damn u got a lot of gear there for a first time user.
                          Everyone would say stick with one compound of just test for your 1st cycle.
                          Also if you gonna use a long life test like ethanate you can load the start of your cycle or put in some dbol for the 1st 4weeks, sticking with 1 compound will determine how you react, giving u a guide of what to do for your next cycle.

                            I juice all the time but this is for this summer, but I bought a bunch of stuff to do 3 back to back to back cycles lol or configure 3 different cycles.
