First day on anavar and was sick

It was my first day on var today. Had 40mg throughout the day was only on my last set of bench press and wasn't doing anything I hadnt done before. After I felt light headed and sick. When I stood up, I felt horrible. Eventually had to go to the toilet to throw up....

Not a great start...i don't think it's a problem with the var, more myself as they were from reliable source.

Do u think it's just an off day or am I doing something wrong?

I was feeling fine until the end of the last set...

I would give it a couple of days and see if it continues to make you sick. If so stop.

I started test and var today mate. and i felt a bit sicky also. i think its our stomachs gettin used to the var. A i know a few people who said it made them feel sick to.

Yeh it was weird...I was fine throughout the day and only took some in the morning. After my last set on bench press I just felt a bit sick and light headed when I stood it was worse.I was with my trainer,eventually I made it to the toilet to throw up...not just a bit of sick but a fair bit as if I had gone out for a night out or something.

That was just earlier today at about 7.after I made it out the gym and got some fresh air I was fine...

Never been sick from any oral, perhaps you were feeling iffy anyway due to something you ate (or didn't eat)? Or placebo effect?

Yeh maybe...am going to see how I go for the rest of the week.
