First educated cycle

Hi there i have used steriods before but wasn't educated at all didn't even run a pct (not good i know). So after countless hours researching over the past few months have decided on 10-12 week of test-e, 500mg e/w split into two shots mon/thurs. Pct nolva 40/20/20/20 two weeks after last jab. Would you guys suggest running anything along side ie cycle assist hawthorne berry or are these not needed. And is there anything else you would add to cover all the bases? Many thanks

Keep it as it is to see how you react to your first proper cycle, see if any side effects come along with the test, keep Extra nova on hand incase and maybe some letrozole incase you need it. But AAS wise keep it as one compound this cycle.

with proper training and diet what sort of gains would i make. And then with proper pct how much of the gains would i loose. I know every one is different but ball park figures.

Looks fine good luck and with a nice clean diet you'll make some nice gains. Two other options would be use dbol or tbol for a kick starter for 4 weeks Frontload the test which is double the amount for the first week

Many thanks You dont need anything else mate... just your Test & Nolva. Like TooBig said, you can throw in some DBol for the first few weeks to help boost things. With good diets, and heavy training, and plenty of rest.... you'll grow well. They say your 1st cycle will give you the best gains of all, and that they are the most keepable during PCT. For 12 weeks, I reckon you'll gain a stone, and 7-8lbs of it will be lean quality tissue. Just a "ballpark" theory.... I wish you well anyway mate!

Ballpark figure if diet is good then an average of around 10lbs Could be alot more could be less depends on too many factors to say, you will know you have gained either way so don't worry too much, it's your first cycle and a learning curve. You could kick start with Dbol if you wanted as the test won't e taking immediate effect. You could run Dbol at 40mg for a month, but definately keep extra Nolva on hand

Your gains will totally depend on your diet and training mate. If you nail the diet from the get go then you will make the most of it, if you start worrying about getting fat and cut the cals again this will impact your growth. Also your bodyfat will dictate if you will see it or not. All things being equal i think with proper diet and training you could gain 1lb of muscle per week tops. Also keep cals high through pct, this is hugely important! Minger

It doesnt sound like a lot does it? 1lb of muscle... But if you slap some steak mince on the scales, pick up 1lb of it, and you suddenly realise "Ok thats quite a lot"... and 1lb per week over 7 or 8 weeks does add up... good eh? LOL

Thanks for all the replies. I started 5x5 strong lifts just after Christmas would this be a good training program or would you suggest more isolation? So would you say there's no need for letrozole?

Vapor Snap I use mike mentzer HIT theories in my training i.e heavy weights to stimulate growth etc, just minus the AAS lol It makes sense in every way.... training to the point of positive muscular failure, twice a week, 20mins a session. I do one day for Arms, Shoulders & Chest... and another for Back & Legs - when I get my cross trainer back, it'll be Back & Legs & Abs LOL You read the book, High Intensity Training the Mike Mentzer Way?
