Hi there , i'm Adam and i'm 21, been training now since about June. started of going about twice a week, now i'm there 5 times a week.
Now, i don't really have a strict routine for what body part to work on everyday as i rest Saturday and Sunday, bar playing football Sunday morning, so i like to mix it up each week depending on how i'm feeling.. is this o'k or is it better to stick to a routine e.g. chest and tris Mon and so on..
I am currently taking myprotein, creatine monohydrate, and protein shakes from there aswell. i also have no-xplode but i bought it in orange and i really cant stand the taste.. i have tried mixing it with everything and not much makes it bearable, so when i do take it i just neck it and am almost sick after.
Anyone found anything nice to mix it with?
I eat fairly well 3 meals a day and a few protein shakes, but being 21 means i like to drink a bit .. who doesn't?
