Thanx huni, Mmm, a bit, still quite bunged up & hacking well, but back at work, barin feels abitmore in gear, but won't be sending any improtant/official corresondance out just in case!
REALLY want my cheat tonight, think I'll be shattered by endov day and will feel like I deserve it
So again will be deffering weigh in for another week
        Which I'm actually fine about
I do feel like I've lost weight this week and having stuck to the plan whilst ill yesterday and today I know that I couldn't have done more, so whether I weigh or not tomorrow is irelevant, I didn't plan to change anything in programme if there was no loss, other than aiming, once again, to get all cardio & training session in.
So that's the plan, cheat meal tonight as reward, back on it tom, aim for ALL sessions next week & I promise to weigh in next week! Will even do some extra walkies at w/e, more that I think the gentle cardio'll boost immune system than anything else, but won't hurt eh.
        xx

Nooooo weigh in! Be brave! Save that cheat for tomorrow!
It is relevant! You're just delaying. Weigh in, know where you stand, then enjoy your cheat and make a plan of attack for next week.
Either that or lay it out and say, "Right, I've missed X amounts of weigh-in's, it doesn't mean that that week doesn't count, so by the time I weigh in next week -from the X weeks that I've missed, I should've still lost Xlbs"
Don't get to October, or whatever your date was and think, if only I had known where I was at in January...
I know I've lost you on this one, but I thought I'd try

Glad you're feeling better  Have a lovely weekend.

Oh no, totally! That's exactly what I meant! at 2lb p/wk goal I should be 10lb down by the time I weigh in next week, not just 'bla' cos I skipped weeks, no way!
Feel really positive on this cos of your help yesterday.

That's cool I've got you on record now saying 10lbs is due to come off next week  That'll do me!

From personal cheating/treating experience, I would say it's better to have it Saturday than Friday - the weekend somehow seems longer and treatless to me when I have it on Friday!
Currently deciding whether to have one this weekend - am thinking not actually. Probably won't get time to really enjoy it.

I'd normally agree re Sat cheats, but feeling so poop and will be starving later as lunch came back when I coughed too hard earlier!? Yeh, I wasn't sure I'd have time tom to properly enjoy, whereas I know I will tonight. What about having your eggy soldiers again?

Had an uber awesome cheat last night; large cjkn kebab+large chips+1xCrabbiesGingerBeer+Chocolate! Was very NOM, but did give me indigestion!
Had eggs+rice for breakii, but was then bad girl and had toast with peanut butter, just feel meh and not on form, s'rubbish. No other cheat fuds in house though, so no danger! which is why I purposefully have no cheat fuds in house as at times like these I'd eat them. Once the current small tub of peanut butter is gone, that's it, not getting any more either. Mark was really bad with 'reactions' in Oz and so I have to minimize his wanting to risk reactions too, so that helps.
Overall not in a bad place though, I know I've made/am making progress each week just baby steps at mo, it'll all gain momentum with the lighter am's and better weather I know.
                        xx

I think I may have to adopt the no cheat approach, we've lost the plot this w/e :-( xx

I'm wondering if you've given yourself to 'long' a goal, I know you can do this but it feels as if you keep falling off all the time. I find if I say "I must lose x lbs in this time at x lbs per week", well I'm all over the scales but all over the takeaways too. Like it's too much stress and too much time ahead. Rather than saying "Right I want to lose weight but I'll just plod along, head down and see what happens". That's when I tend to be most successful ie not telling myself I must lose this, I can't have that. We might be different though!

                                  Just an idea.
                                  The scales LIE
